This location is one of my favorite forever 21 stores! The entry way has its own entry near the parking garage is nice and makes your shopping experience personal. It takes away the feeling of being in a huge mall. The value of products in the store is great! It's easy to shop at this location as well because the advertisement for sales is plastered everywhere in the store and organized. There is a wide selection of clothing at this location. Including shoes, accessories, and clothes for kids. It's awesome for the entire family while shopping at a great value. Customer service at the registers is always pleasant. This location is in a shared parking lot but there is nearby parking garage and parking around the mall. For our electric car family yelpers EV charging stations are nearby! Can't wait for my shopping!

Absolutely love the store, employees seem friendly. The store is clean and organized so it is easy to browse. Their clothes and accessories are not bad either, it's priced well and the styles are trendy.

Hey forever 21! I purchased a shirt with a cash payment at The Woodlands location. Decided to return it. Why did I need to present a form of identification? Why did the cashier type in my street address and ask for my phone number? I told her no thanks. She says “they asked for it”. So. Now I’m asking you. What are you doing with this information? Y’all don’t need to have my information if I’m making a return, with the original receipt. It’s super uncomfortable for me because when I made the purchase, I was not asked to present ID.

Racist! The lady at the fitting room was Hispanic or had a Spanish accent and she kept looking at me and my mom when we were clearly trying on clothes…. Do better or I’ll beat tf out of her next time.

I love the kids section at forever 21 always find something for my daughter to wear but as for me I sometimes find something it's a really good store I like their dresses though

Always loved this store. ❤ My daughrer is a forever 21 shopper. A lot of nice clothes. But hopefully, they get to fix the elevator before the store opens. It's hard to carry a lot of clothes, going up and down without a shopping cart or anything. It was kind of a pain in the neck situation.

Clothes, shoes and styles are cool. You can find any style your looking for, from party to backyard BBQ. Prices are affordable. Luv that their sizes range fromXS to XTRA-Fabulous (3XX)?They have alot of cool stocking stuffer ideas and gifts. Can't go wrong at Forever 21 .

I hardly shop here except for my sister since she wanted a particular sweater from here but apparently you HAVE to GIVE your Email to check out? I was at the register (long lines but I understand) and the girl checking me out asked me for my email and I politely declined. She then annoyingly and angry told me “I NEED YOUR EMAIL OR I CANT CHECK YOU OUT!” At first I was like ok is this a joke? Then I said no thank you politely again and she says “I don’t know what you need to do but I need an email! make one up!” I finally made one up to get it over with, I was gonna call a manager over but there was a long line and I was in a hurry! But seriously like calm down maybe it’s just a daily goal giving to them to collect our emails but they need to back down from being so aggressive trying to get your info!
