I’m extremely disappointed. I got my car in 2022 from them and the experience was great. Recently, however, I had requested information in a Sienna. I told them I was going to wait for a purchase until I had saved money for a downpayment. They still ran my credit without my consent even though I told them I was going to wait and now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report.
