5/5 experience! Called last minute needing material to be transported and Riley took care of me. Saved me big time! When I called she was very patient over the phone, answered all my questions. When she arrived, her truck and trailer were in great condition, had all the equipment to make sure the material I needed to be transported was safe and secured. She has moved vehicles for me personally, and has moved large amounts of merchandise for trade shows for my business! “No record of doing business with you”, then sends me a text minutes later. I’ll leave my response here for posterity.
“Hello. My issue is I rented a trailer for pickup October 4th (2024) at noon. Then I got a text at noon saying he would be 45 minutes late. Then when I got there at 1 I had to listen to the guy get verbally eviscerated by a woman for several minutes about never renting trailers again and taking the website down. And it appears that it really got taken down. I was then emailed that my money would be refunded and I wasn’t able to pick up the trailer.
From my perspective, this was one of the worst experiences of customer service I’ve ever had.”
