Horrible place the guy behind the cashier was extremely rude he didn’t want to help us at all young black male he was whole time watching his phone I ask question and he told to was self explanatory and plain horrible I would never be coming back to these store horrible hire people that actually likes there job he look like he haven’t showed in days.. I was trying to buy a present for my son for his bday was looking to spend 600 on the new PlayStation. He ruin it for us.

Employees were rude, and ignored me while I was waiting at the register. Not only was the customer service awfu. It also seems like the employees didn't have any people skills. The employee who finally got to me was on his phone the entire time. I am surprised that someone actually hired them. Never coming back.

12:35 pm and doors locked . Hours posted say they open at 12 pm. 3rd time this happens . They need to hire better employees. What a joke of a business. Oh well ended up ordering online instead from Wal Mart. You just lost a customer. Keep operating like this and you will shut all your stores down

I came here for an Sd card and the 2 younger gentlemen working would not help us at all. They were very rude and so we left and went to Walmart. Will not come back here any time soon.

All 3 employees were here today after Christmas and I walk in they are all on their phone chatting never greeted me just stared me down and was extremely unwelcoming. When I asked them if they had a switch for sale they completely ignored me and lost a big sale good job guys

Traevyon is THE MAN. He handled my situation with patience and care. I had been unsuccessfully attempting to get in contact with the customer care dept for a week. Within 15 minutes Traevyon had my issue handled and completely saved Christmas. He displayed calm patience and made sure he had all the information needed to correct what I was going thru. He knows his sh!T and is humble and polite. I hope to see him in a high level leadership position because his attitude and level of competence is something that is not easy to find these days. 100/100 all the good things this location has won my business for life. Thanks again guys, you have a great team over here.

This has got to be the WORST GameStop location I've ever been to. I've always shop here and trade my games in whether it's for store credit or cash. I come in one day to sell and they all of a sudden rejected my games because their boss store director Burt Weber along with the manager who works at the store has informed their employees not to do business with me for trade ins! They never explained why, This has happen five times and it happened today(8-17-22) I called Burt on the phone to fix this issue and I was allowed to sell my games, but that was 3 months ago. So the lady who told me she can't take my games, she says Burt told her to stop taking my games for trade ins 3 weeks ago. I was there last week(8-10-22) and they took my games in and I got cash for it! They change their stories constantly and this is DISCRIMINATION against people of color and people with DISABILITIES!!! I Highly recommend everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!! This is not how you treat others. Take your business someplace else. Terrible terrible location. Shame on you GameStop!!!

I came in today to pick up Batman Arkham Knight and IT HAD THE WRONG DISC IN THE BOX. I know the guy was new or still training but I drive all the way from New CANEY to pick up the only copy there was for PS4 with in 30 miles.I'm gonna have to drive all the way back out there so y'all can give me the correct game!

I repeat DO NOT SELL YOUR SERIES S CONSOLE HERE. I recently came to this location to sell my used xbox series s and I had my dad finish the process as I had to go to work. Well when I left they proceeded to continuously show the cash trade in value as "48" dollars when the screen clearly stated that value was for the Xbox one s console. I tried to call the store up to help my dad but all they did when they showed me the screen was the Xbox one s versions sell price and not the series s. I ended up having to just accept the cash because I really needed it at the moment, but I will not be shopping here again.

They canceled my order all kuz I didn’t want doordash to deliver it to me because doordash ppl be stealing ppl orders and lying and said they deliver it when they didn’t. So this store took it upon they self to cancel my order when in fact I didn’t cancel my order and then lied to me about it so now I have to wait for a refund. The worker had no business canceling my order. And the manager he was being even more rude next time ima come in there and mess up that store since they wanna be rude to me over the phone. So I went elsewhere to another GameStop and pay for an Xbox series s all over again now I’m just waiting on my refund.
