Stopped by briefly to check out their Nintendo selection before heading to Best Buy. When I walked in, the two employees paused their conversation at the checkout counter long enough to look at me, not greet or otherwise acknowledge me, then returned to their conversation. I spent about 5 minutes browsing the Nintendo section before leaving. There were no other customers, and their conversation continued the entire time I was there.
This is unfortunately a common occurrence at this location. I am once more reminded of why I avoid this location.

Tried to sell me a used game as new. They gave discretion immediately, stating they opened it for 'display purposes', a 2+ year old game, and they can't do anything about the price. They were very bold with their statement and seemed to not care how crappy of a practice it is. (You could've just been real about it, dude.)
If I can't return an opened game and get a full refund instead of just an exchange, then they know that an opened game is NOT new. Gamestop is dying and I will not be resuscitating.

Stopped in to grab a switch 2 and the service was excellent. No attempts to sell me on things I didn't need. They had the main things I was looking for and I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes.

Joel refused to give me the 20% trade in value, towards the switch two at first he lied and said it was for pro members only then lied and said cause I purchased the switch two from a GameStop location that he can’t do it cause it’s only applicable to competitor stores which is false

The app will show they have things they don’t have but when you call no matter what they don’t answer. There’s nobody in the store but the employees but they don’t answer and they’re rude and for whatever reason won’t take retro games even though I’ve never had that issue before at a gamestop

Horrible , all I did was call and ask if they had a certain game...I was put on hold for 10 minutes and I called back 10times with no answer...I'm definitely reporting these idiots to corporate.

The tournament today was a bit challenging since im really not that as a professional but I did enjoy playing it which I lasted to 4th place I wonder if y’all guys are doing it again this year. SHOUTOUT TO SPOOKYDILE FOR WINNING THE TOURNAMENT!

Employees suck at this location. Randomly will close the store down. For hours btw with employees still working.

Everytime i drive way over here the store close doing hours they supposed to be open then they don’t answer the phone just a waste of time at this location!
