Brought my car (C43 AMG) there for a basic service today, dropped it off at 8am and all done by lunchtime. No unnecessary up-selling involved (typically to be expected at an MB Dealership) and generally a friendly and hassle free experience all round. Will definitely be returning in future, highly recommended.

Sean and Angela provided excellent customer service. I knocked my mirror on my beautiful GLE after only 8 weeks of owning. I called to explain the issue, their response was immediate, after a series of texts and an assessment of damage my car was booked in. Cost was fair, communication was prompt. Angela is amazing and very informative. I’ll tell you what Pep Boys was trying to charge me $5000 in Florida and Angela and her husband were only charging me $1800 to do the same job. The fact that honesty takes key here. It’s just a big blessing. Thank you for being a Shop that doesn’t take advantage of people just because we like nice luxury cars.
