Global Austin Sales in Spring Texas has the best used cars on the market. After shopping in Austin and Houston for a week and finding nothing of value, we found ourselves driving all the way back to Spring Texas to purchase our 2011 Highlander. Their pricing was spot on and the quality of vehicles on their lot were second to none. If you want a no hassle, clean title, high value experience, this is the place to go.

Don’t buy from here if they say they’ve replaced ANYTHING on a car here. They use cheap parts and shotty work. Here’s my story.
Found a decent Acura here and test drove it. It clearly needed front end work, but it was listed well below book. They said changed the timing belt (didn’t supply the receipt) or the repair record from the shop they used. I bought it cause i thought it had good potential with some work. So I took it to the Acura dealer to get it looked over, yup needed front end suspension. It had the work done. Fast forward to last week. Car dies on BW8 and won’t start. Had it towed to Acura to get it fixed. Turns out the timing belt BROKE in half. So, to get the repair done properly, you have replace all the valves and check the cylinder compression as when a timing belt fails EVERYTHING is thrown out of whack. I naturally called Global, the car crapped out on me 92 days after my purchase date. They didn’t even try to fight for me with the part manufacturer or even offer up the purchase receipt so I can try myself with them. At least the Acura service tech confirmed that the belt and tensioner was replaced. Due to the short time period of ownership and low amount of miles I driven the car I feel Global Auto needs to assist with my final repair bill. They clearly need to reevaluate their vehicle repair policy, part suppliers, warranty, and mechanic. Until then to not buy from here, or if you do, DO NOT PAY FULL PRICE as the car may completely fail on you.

Smooth, quick, easy process for a quality vehicle! The staff are super friendly and went above and beyond to help me. They answered every question and even provided the Carfax before I asked for it. The price is reasonable and it's apparent that the cars are inspected prior to sale. Very happy with my experience at Global Auto! Definitely recommend!

10/16/2023 I just bought a used car, Honda Accord 2007 with low milage from global auto sales. They gave me the keys and I inspected and test drove it by myself. I believe I got a good deal on it because it is a Honda, low milage, good engine, previous owner maintained it well with regular oil changes, and CARFAX provided by global auto.However, I noticed two things wrong with the vehicle, the glove compartment is basically broken, unable to open. The door actuator is broken(Key fob will not unlock the doors, must manually unlock them, but keyfob works for the trunk.) Probably a few hundred dollars to fix. Keith offered solutions on how to fix the glove compartment, and showed me it could be open with a screwdriver, any way we got the important things like the drivers manual etc from it. it was such a great deal I was willing to just buy it otherwise someone else likely would have. I read other reviews and it seems like a great local used car dealership. I was in an out fast. I paid in cash.
