I used to walk in to the store and was normally greeted by the kindest workers, until yesterday when I was greeted by the rudest employee I wish I would have gotten his name. He was very rude when we went to demo clubs with the intention to buy them. After I had explained that I had been saving up for the parydams and was looking to demo them one more time. He explained that they don’t do demos anymore when I stated that I had came in the other day to demo some woods I was allowed, he then proceeded to change his story to they just started the new policy today. He also made it a point that the young golfers had broken many clubs and just left. On a side note I would like to give a shoutout to Gilbert. He has always been welcoming of a new golfer to the game and helped out my game tremendously. I just wish that there was more workers with that attitude towards golf.

Rude staff No visible management.present. I went to buy my 11 year old grandson a new set of clubs. No help wanted to serve me.

Went in to get some new grips, ended up walking out with some chords that I love (on a real good deal) and a new 3 wood. Store manager Alan helped me out a ton. I'll be back soon

Told them I was new to golf and wanted the newest driver and was prepared to pay but absolutely no one wanted to help me they actually seemed to be avoiding me would've been easier $600 they got but they're were very unhelpful

Dropped off a club for repair. Employees worked with club manufacturer and were given an extended turnaround time at a higher than previously though price point. Rather than subjecting me to that, they formulated a solution with something available in house which had an expedited turnaround at a reduced price point. Special thanks specifically to Gilbert Torres and Jackson Hill for what they did. All in all, a very positive experience. Thank you.

Excellent store for all your golf needs, they really help me with my golf clubs adjustments. . I love the bays for rental it's really cool, easy to book an appointment online and just practice. Access was easy, off 45 with a lot of parking available. Make sure you spend some time talking to the guys at the service desk.
