Great Goodwill location! There’s always something waiting to be discovered! Employees are courteous and helpful! I had pleasure of meeting Ebony and she was very nice to explain some things regarding sale tags and pointed out where particular items I was looking for could be found!

Very disappointed with the store manager, my wife went to this goodwill on Thursday Jan 2nd 2025 and she found a coffe maker marked for $24.99 which is new while at the Aldi store they are selling it for the same price $24.99 new so my wife asked the manager at the time this was around 8:10pm if she could do a better price since goodwill doesn’t offer warranty and is a second hand store, prices shouldn’t be full price and she was very rude to my wife I was on video call and herd the way she told my wife that they don’t do negotiations and the if she didn’t like the price she could just not buy it, she mentioned that the money goes to charity she said it’s for the children, we used to love going goodwill stores especially this one since we live close by but lately I have notice very high prices on used items, it used to be affordable, now it’s now, sometimes clothing tools and toys are cheaper at Ross stores, unfortunately this bad experience made us realize it’s time to find a different thrift store that still appreciates their customers

This Goodwill location was clean and well stocked . The employees were friendly and the cashier was very helpful and she took good care of my purchases.

The employees buy or take most of the brand name clothes and silver or gold jewlery and sterling silverware for them selfs they will only put out silverplated items and put out over priced knick knacks/ broken junk ..they sold me 100.00 jewelry bag that was full of broken watches and broken plastic jewelry not one single piece was usable ...this is place is a scam and needs new management badly.

I don’t know where to begin but over the past several weeks this store has turned into an overpriced junk mess, although prices have steadily been on the rise over the past couple years what I’m noticing at this location is a total nightmare, seems like the management has changed and many employees aswell, the store is a gigantic mess, most hard goods have damages but still priced ridiculously high think nearly and sometimes over online reselling platforms, $19.99 for cheap made in China glass, $24.99 to 39.99 for beat up MK, Coach, Fossil Bags… are you kidding me! Many shoes and clothes should never have made it to the floor but are still priced regular or higher ( whoever has been sorting and pricing in the back needs to be trained properly ) regular lamps for up to $29.99, beat up cheap poster prints for $19.99… fake designer bags for up to $150 oh wait and they put their tag right on top of the markings and stamps “ on hard goods! hello! people would like to see “ I have been a regular here and have been disappointed with the constant price increase at several goodwills but this location went from the best one in the area to a gigantic messy overpriced greedy nest full of damaged goods thrown randomly on shelves with no care at all. Clothing have stains, holes, rips or come from shein and other cheap fast fashion brands and they price them as much as those cheap fast fashion brand sell their clothes for brand new! Do better Goodwill because you aren’t running your business as a thrift store anymore. Greed is ugly, do better and hire people that know how to sort, price and maintain the floor. Be what you are supposed to be a “Thrift Store” stop pulling out the nice items and only put junk on the floor! Price lower sell more send less to the bins / landfill and reach your sales goal! People are right #greedwill should definitely be a trending hashtag! Remember your stock was donated, don’t pull out all the good stuff and only put junk on the floor and still have the urgency to overprice everything! Also I will never round up again ( which I always did ) enough is enough. Review your practices.

The manager Elizabeth and her staff were so amazing in helping me find an important item that was accidentally donated. I was on the verge of tears until they dug through the items and found it! Not only this but the store is always will kept and orderly- so many cute things go through there!

Best Goodwill trip I have ever had and I make alot of Goodwill trips. I hit alot of stores. The staff of my goodness were so nice and friendly. Very helpful. They laughed and joked with the customers and made it an enjoyable experience. The selection of items were great and for once I didn't feel like I was being over charged for used items. This store has the pricing just about right.
