The other manager Jessica Guzman I believe is her name is Rude, and this location over prices second hand merchandise which should be illegal, Yall resale used merchandise foe newly stored bought prices "wrong" in so many ways, these type of people and places should be shut down and removed, AND JESSICA HAS THE NERVE TO BE RUDE, MAYBE IF THEY STOP DRINKING AND DOING DRUGS ON THE JOB THEY CAN FUNCTION WITH BETTER ATTITUDES.

This goodwill had a lot of great items for a decent price. Better priced than the one in the heights, they are starting to get a little pricey. The cashier was very kind. Fitting rooms were clean. Overall great experience today.

They are better than the location on Louetta which has become a total jungle mess but the selection is not as good as it used to be, it is evident that they are pulling most of the quality items for their online auctions or something… it is becoming difficult to find genuine leather bags, shoes and clothes or those are overpriced behind the counter even if not in great condition, fake designer bags up to $199! I believe prices like this do not belong in a thrift store… prices keep going up constantly but merchandise isn’t quite as good. Provide lower prices and sell more, trust me you will get more sales and you will be able to move your stock and have fresh merchandise on the floor keeping it exciting for your customers, you will most likely get closer to reaching your sales goals and you won’t have merchandise sitting there for weeks or going to the bins and the landfill quite as much. Practicing such pricing will hurt you eventually. Put nice things on the floor, price more reasonably and keep people coming back. That said prices have become so outrageous at most goodwill locations that from now on I will no longer round up.

Way overpriced for goodwill, they lost their d.am minds, they forgot all the stuff is donated and also overcharging new items with higher prices than the tag says!! Why? 19.99 for a used Nike jacket??lmao and then have dollar store items at the front for 1.79, then have the audacity to ask for donations! I oomph look for the tag color of the week for and extra percent off.

Well stocked and organized for a thrift store. Mostly clothes though. I went in looking for kids baseball gear and came out with a cowboy hat and a pair of new looking dress shoes for myself instead.

This location discriminates towards their part time workers making them work the night shift only. They have my 69 year old mother whose heart is operating at 35% working nights and closing. And they know she has a heart condition. The managers has her pushing those carts with loads of clothing to put out instead of having her doing less strenuous work like running the cashier register. I’m trying to find a working corporate number to complain because if they fire her for this as she started working through the AARP we will fill suit against them. She’s only there because she wants to continue to stay active.

I wish I could give them more stars. They always have quality stuff at this store. I prefer to go here over any other goodwill.I also wanted to note the above and beyond customer service I received here today. I had lost my phone in the store and the staff worked together to find it. They were so nice to me the whole time.
