A hidden gem. Didn't expect to find a "British" store in Old Town Spring. Very interesting selection of merchandise. A large selection of tea and chocolates...yummy. My biggest complaint is the store was too small. Difficult to move around especially if there were lots of customers. Absolutely worth checking out if you're in the area.

We ordered 3 boxes of Christmas Crackers for Thanksgiving... Google clickbait promised 2-3 days shipping... we ordered >1 week before Thanksgiving, yet the crackers finally arrived the week after Thanksgiving, so too late... I immediately called both numbers on the website (no response), raised the issue via webform online (no response) and sent 2 emails (no response)... I just want to return the crackers, because they are useless to us now, but can't raise anyone... I don't like leaving negative reviews, but future purchasers need to be aware of the refund policy (there isn't one) and the post-sale customer service (there isn't any).

Went above and beyond - called for Cadburys advent calendars. They weren't showing online but they still managed to let me order two of them and got here super quick. Highly recommended!
