Not so happy. Purchased a breaker from them after being told it was not the exact one I was attempting to replace. Tried it and it didn't resolve problem. Took it back for a refund and was told that since I had plugged it in to the breaker box they could not take it back. Should have been told that initially. I'll see what other options I have next time.

OUTSTANDING customer service. I called Graves Winelectric early on a Monday morning looking for a difficult to find fuse for the lighting system at one of my manufacturing plants. The parts advisor that answered the phone was very helpful and explained that he didn't have the fuse, but then offered to call around and find it for me. A few minutes later he called me back to tell me where I could get the fuse locally.
Unbelievable in this day and age. I was floored.

Can’t say enough about Miguel! I called looking for a lug connector and he helped me get the part I needed. Oh yeah, this was the day that Hurricane Beryl hit Houston! I get there and the staff is sitting in the dark, with a generator running their computers so they can serve their customers! Thanks Miguel!

Great service and advice on my home electric project to install standby generator. Sales guys were helpful with options to consider to do the job right the first time. I'll go back to them for all my electrical projects.

Treated GREAT. Scott (Owner) personally pulled a rabbit out of a hat. Found a bathroom exhaust fan ( in his archives ) that was a perfect match. Thanks guys.
