I went to this store because I had a coupon but I wish I hadn’t. My little girl has beautiful but thick hair. The stylist she had kept complaining about how hard it was to brush and made it seem like there was something wrong with my daughter’s hair. She said she would probably have to charge extra because it was taking her too long to brush it out. I offered to brush it myself but she said no….I wish I had just taken my daughter and left right then and there. My daughter patiently endured this woman talking about how thick and difficult her hair was. The whole experience just felt tense, rude and even a little hostile, like we were an imposition on the employee. I didn’t say anything, I just wanted to pay for the haircut and get my daughter out of there as quickly as possible.
The stylist still managed to miss an entire chunk of my daughter’s hair which I simply cut myself once we got home. I’ve noticed several coupons pop up for this louetta location but I am not going back. There is a great clips on Kuykendahl where every stylist we have ever had is more than competent and friendly to children. It’s worth it to pay full price there rather than come to the louetta location.

Excellent experience! I was able to do a walk-in appointment without any wait and got a great cut in less than 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and professional. KK knew how to get me the cut I wanted and got it done with ease. I will definitely go back and highly recommend!

This place was so pleasant to come into. Ms. Rosy did a great job listening to what I wanted and understood the assignment when I showed her my inspo pictures! I will definitely be back to this location.

I went bc I saw signs for haircuts went for 2 kids. The app generated coupons for me and they are from the app and they turned both down. Cut was done in a timely manner and little to zero wait would do the 5th star but the fact that the app generated the discount and they wouldn't take the picture of my coupon from home. That was my peeve.

She took her time, paid close attention to every detail, and gave me a haircut that not only suits me perfectly but exceeded my expectations.
What stood out even more was how gently and carefully she handled my hair—it's clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their hair health. Rosa also recommended a few products from the shop that I’ve now started using, and they’ve already made a noticeable difference. I appreciate how knowledgeable she was without being pushy; her suggestions felt personalized and sincere.

Courtney, a professional stylist , gave our son a fantastic and calm haircut. She was incredibly sweet and attentive to our child who was scared, making him feel at ease. Her skills were exceptional, and she cut his hair much better than any other barber/stylist we’ve had. All three of us were thoroughly satisfied with our cuts.
I also recently got a bob haircut here, and it was fantastic! The stylist did an amazing job it’s sleek, perfectly shaped, and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it already. I feel so confident with this new look!
My husband also got his hair cut, and it turned out great clean, sharp, and exactly how he wanted it. We’re both so happy with the results. We highly recommend Courtney 😃

Employee dis not seem to know what she was doing. I asked for a half inch off on top and she kept having to use the comb to measure. It ended up uneven so I decided to just cut it short to hopefully make it look better, and it still ended up uneven. The sides are different lengths and the back is uneven. She didn't even blow the hair off my face at the end. I had to go to a different business to get my hair fixed. If I could give zero stars I would
