I hate to give a one star because I love Andrea, Sandy and the other girls that work here. I have been taking my kids here for years and have never had an issue. Everyone is always so friendly, so my one star is definitely not for them, it’s for my experience today. It started off when she told my son to come to her chair. My son said, “is Ms Andrea here, momma, ask if she is.” I was a little nervous because Tracy was giving us a stare like, “come on.” I told my son to just go, but he said, “ please, just ask if she is here.” I asked and they said she was. I apologized to Tracy and told her it was no offense, it’s just we always have Andrea cut his hair. She said, “I ain’t offended, I know I’m a star.” I thought that was kind of tacky,” but then my son went to go sit down with Andrea. Right behind Andrea was another girl and she had a customer and was cutting his hair and talking and going about her business. Well, apparently, when she swung the cape around to put it on the guy, the cape hit her face, I guess so she said. So, Tracy started yelling at the girl in front of everyone. The poor girl was like, I didn’t do anything and Tracy was like, “you hit me in the eye with that cape, that’s assault.” She kept going off on her and yelling and attitude. Mind you, I’m sitting there with my little girl, who is now scared and my son is sitting right behind that. I was actually a little worried him sitting there. And the other girl just kept cutting the guys hair and acting like everything was great and talking to the guy like nothing happened. Everyone cutting hair just acted like nothing happened, almost like they know to just stay out of it bc she may go off on them too. I feel bad they all have to deal with her. Everyone there is so nice besides this new girl. Meanwhile, Tracy stood behind the counter, right next to the girl cutting hair and just mean mugged stared at her practically the whole time, which I have a video of. It was like she was trying to scare her. My daughter asked if we could go to the bathroom. We went in there and she said, “I don’t really need to go. I just wanted to come in here because it’s so awkward and I’m scared.” When we came back, my daughter was hiding behind the counter. She’s 9. All of that was just all uncalled for. I have never seen her before so I assume she’s new, but if this is what goes on here, and she stays there, I don’t think I can go back. She skurs me!

Got a big cut on the neck. Barber pretended it was just a minor nick. Only when I came back home did my wife point it out. Just hoping the trimmer was sanitized!

I went for my toddler haircut and it was her first haircut.And I must say it was totally waste of money.The lady who did the haircut just ruined it.I just told her that it was looking so uneven(longer in the front and shorter and uneven at the back) but she oversmartly said no no it's good .She didn't even hear my suggestion.I had to do it myself at home.I will never return back here

My experience was phenomenal. Alice did an amazing job on my hair , giving me my dream hair cut. I left feeling beautiful , and in love with my hair. I would only recommend Alice from now on. She took her time, was very patient, and clearly she has passion for what she does. Thankyou so much Alice♥️

The customer service was amazing! We had our baby with us and the manager I can’t remember her name said after her shift to cut my husband’s hair because she didn’t want us to have to wait too long with a baby. We are very grateful for her to have stayed even though her shift was over.

Andrea was great! My toddler came in scared to get her hair cut but Andrea quickly made her feel safe and comfortable. My daughter smiled through the haircut & said she would want to get her haircut by Andrea again.

The people were very sweet ! & I’m sure they have done many amazing hair cuts here but I went in to get my bangs cut and the lady was super nice and even suggested I get my ends trimmed but I intentionally went to get my bangs cut / trimmed and my usual hair lady was busy.. she cut it all the way across making it very weird at the sides bc it doesn’t even blend with my hair so it looks choppy and even crooked the last time I came here the lady name Andrea cut my bangs and even left the side pieces that framed my face which I thought this lady would also do but.. she cut the side parts that framed my face making it look weird on the sides and very uneven with the bangs :/ kinda sad .. I have a trip coming up and my bangs aren’t the way I thought they’d be…

I was able to catch them at a slow time on an early Monday afternoon and get immediate service that was just what I wanted, just a trim, and at a good price.

Great place, I've been going there for years, shout out to Anna, my go 2 stylist, but really, all the ladies are awesome!!! Not a big fan of the store mngr as she sometimes comes out rude not only to employees but also customers.

So, I went into the salon on yesterday ans Irene came to the register. And I ask if they wash and flat iron hair she said yes. Then, I asked is she sure that she could do my hair she said yes in confidence. I said ok let me make a appointment now. Irene said no need just come at least 2hrs before closing. Long story short I came in today another lady comes to the desk. Asks me if I schedule or check in on the portal I said yes on the portal. She was unable to pull it up so she had me sign in on the computer. I went and sat in my car waiting then I received a message that I was next. Before I could get out I see them skip pass me and take two others. I'm not going to say it about my race but it was . My money is the same color.

I went like 5 minutes till closing and asked if they had time for my last-minute haircut.They took me in, no problem.My haircut was fast, and I have to add that it has been the best haircut I ever had at this location.Thank you.
