Ms. Madeline cut my hair and did a fabulous job - she made me feel like myself again! It has been a long time since I've gotten a cut because it's just so crazy expensive... I also lost my normal beautician. I'm always a little nervous getting cut by a new person, but she made me feel comfortable and gave me the layers I needed to bring back my curls!!!

I recently visited the Great Clips Imperial Oaks salon, and the experience was frustrating. The staff has changed at this outlet recently and this new team is neither cordial not professional.
