HEB almost never disappoints. They are consistent in quality, cleanliness, convenience and comprehensive availability of items. I'm always impressed with HEB. Today my impression of this store went beyond five stars. This is due to the care, service and support I received from an employee named Lauren. This young lady went beyond any service I have EVER received at ANY commercial establishment. HEB you are extremely fortunate to have her as an employee. Because of her, I am making this store my number one go to grocery shopping entity. Lauren, Thank you for your help and the experience today (March 24, 2024)

The Indian springs location's Produce department has gone downhill. Everything looks good from afar but when you get to it its all rotten. None of the employees can ever find the manager when asked. Price tags are always wrong or missing.

I do curbside, each time I order there is something, or many things wrong with my order. Mostly stale or items past the sell by date. Don't waste your money here, many other heb locations are much much better!!

This is seriously the worst H‑E‑B pharmacy. They told me my medicine would be ready at 4:30 at 3:20. Then at 4:37 that it would 10-15 more minutes and it would be put under "urgent", came back at 5 way longer then 10-15 later and it's STILL not ready. It's currently 5:15 and my stuff was BEARLY ready. It's frustrating to keep being told a time and it's nowhere near that time just be honest. Not everyone lives 5 mins away or can wait over an hour just to keep getting items that aren't true. This is always with this pharmacy. Get it together please

Phat Girl Foodie-nista Says...Whoever came up with this grocery store, loves and cares about people...single and together!I'm going to try my BEST not to make this a long review. I have recently moved from Tennessee to Houston and I decided to take my time and walk through the store. Everyone that works at the store was so nice and helpful. I didn't feel like cooking especially since coming off of a long drive after the holidays. I grabbed a lemon pepper chicken and some other snacks to hold us through the weekend. I went home and my daughter and I ate EVERYTHING!!!! IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! We grabbed a few small bags of candied pecans...ohhhh goodness! Someone almost had to come and pick me up out of the floor! Everything is fresh, the store is clean and the salads tasted like someone's granny has been back there cooking. H.E.B is a store you can trust...well, I trust them. It's like good homecoming.

Usually, this pharmacy is very helpful, but today I needed a prescription for an antibiotic for a UTI. They were out of stock. It is Saturday at 10:30 am. I am told that we can go to another HEB pharmacy or wait until Monday... maybe after 2:30 pm as that is the last delivery. I am in pain, 82 years old, and cannot get to the other pharmacies. I must wait. The last pharmacy my insurance covered would get the prescription delivered to my local pharmacy for me on the same day. If my prescription insurance for next year covers my last pharmacy, I will go back to where they take care of me. So sorry.

I gave this store 5 stars because for many years, they have consistently provided excellent service with a smile. On a derogatory note, the sushi counter-bar is a bit far,from par. The pieces of smoked Salmon were small enough to fit in a straw. H‑E‑B/Market Street's sushi offers significantly larger smoked Salmon pieces.

Pretty good store. But I don't understand the parking spaces near the front of the lot marked for "parents with children." People with children are in their 20's, 30's, 40's. Perfectly capable of walking even with kids. And little kids have even more energy than the parents. And I'll see older people, 70's, 80's, 90's walking far into the parking lot to their car. Why isn't there designated elderly parking at the front?? Even the pregnant women parking is odd - pregnant women aren't sick or weak! C'mon HEB, help those that really need the help!

I went to pick up my curbside tonight. I was text that all product was available. I get home and 11 of my items are missing from the order but yet I was charged for them. I call the store and they say they cannot help as curbside has gone home and customer service had gone home at 5. So they currently have $40 of mine and my product. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently I was talking to a manager. There was no effort or care to make a wrong right. This really

I asked to speak to the manager and apparently I was talking to a manager. There was no effort or care to make a wrong right. This really was unfortunate as the last time my avocodos were all rotten and they gave me a a ripped bag of thawed what was suppose to be frozen chicken strips. When I filled out the survey and asked for a call back, I never received one. The two times before that, they had not picked my order when I arrived in my selected time slot. We pay extra for curbside service.
So I left the house and went to the Kroger across the street to get the product that HEB still has of mine but has charged me for. This is really too bad. This HEB has been my store for 15 years. It's not the newest or biggest, but the one closest to me and the one I knew. Sorry HEB it should be 3 strikes you are out. 4 strikes - well I was the one a little slow and should have known better than to have placed another order.
I don't like having to post this, but maybe this way I may get my money back and a call back?

As for the grocery store, the produce is not very good but the rest of the store is good. As for the pharmacy, good grief. It's probably the worst pharmacy around. I drop off a couple prescriptions and the guy says they'll be ready in an hour. And, I tell him I'll be using GoodRX. He says ok and they wont ring it up till I return to pick them up. So I arrive for the pickup, and the lady Audri gets my prescriptions and announcements I owe nearly $300. I ask if they applied the GoodRX discounts and this is where things went downhill. She got all huffy and visibly mad and irritated at me because she had to cancel that sale and reprice the prescriptions. In an arrogant & condescending tone of voice, she begins arguing with me that I was supposed to give the GoodRX discount codes at the time of drop-off. I tried explaining that the fellow who took my prescriptions at drop-off said I could provide them later at pick-up, and they would not ring up the sale till then. Oh she was so irritated with me. After repricing them, my total was just about $84....a huge difference from nearly $300. Additionally, the cost difference was only a few bucks between HEB and Kroger. Next time, I'll gladly pay the few dollars more at Kroger to bypass this unnecessary hassle & drama. Let me close by saying I understand mistakes happen...they were to wait to calculate the total amount for all the prescriptions but didn't. I don't know where the ball was dropped in the pharmacy. If Audri had kindly stated they would redo the pricing, life would have continued with no drama. But, that's not what happened. Her attitude came out in full force, and that's what I take issue with.

Stay away from this heb there’s others in the area, management is horrible and don’t know what they are doing! I’m at another heb 20 minutes later which they allowed me to pay manually an order which was over $100, both manager and employee approved it.
