Quick run to HEB and the cashier was so sweet and fast. Loved her didn't get her name but she was so adorable, tall, black hair and in her teens. Will be coming back My visit was so pleasant!

Very clean and organized! Tons of choices and selections with premade meals. Also liked the sushi. It's not the closest one to my house but I'd definitely go back to this location again.

This is the worst HEB I've ever been to. The parking lot is my own personal hell. Getting in and out of this parking lot is no easy task. I usually do delivery orders to avoid the parking lot, and they are always out of items. Oh well, it's still better than Randall's.

Beware the prepackaged meals in the refridgerated case near produce... They sell them regularly between 7 and 8.50 each, I found one i would like, Broccoli and Chicken Rice w/ Cheese for 7.00. Got home went to fix for dinner and underneath the cardboard wrap was a sticker for REDUCED PRICE due to expiring for 5.25. It is not visible on any of them when i went back in to check some more, but they are there on some that expire same day or earlier. Hence, 1) I did not know it was reduced price until I got home and 2) it of course charged me 7.00 on the receipt because the reduced price was applied directly to the protective plastic and the 3 I brought home plus the others up at store i checked the bowls had been rotated so the reduced pricing was not visible until you rotate it or remove cardboard wrap. This is an intentional attempt to follow the "rules" for expiry and reduce the price for quick sell, without letting the customer know it has been reduced to et full price. I will be going to the other Woodlands location from now on (and checking theirs if i get more, this one was not enjoyable) to do my grocery shopping and will be keeping closer eye on my purchasing. Blatant scam attempt and I am surprised at you HEB!

I love this grocery store it's my favorite Fresh food amazing staff and Excellent customer service, I hate we don't have one in Atlanta Ga where I live. My son lives in Spring Tx and everytime I come here this is the only place we shop and before I leave we always bring groceries back home.

I love HEB, but I hate their new digital coupons that you have to scan in order to get the discount. If HEB wants to get rid of paper coupons, just give us the discount automatically when the product is scanned. It is difficult for old folks to figure out how to use them and not everyone has a smart phone.

Pharmacy is a joke ! They lost my prescription and then had no feelings about it then i got sick recently and picked up some of my prescriptions and left 1 thing there and came back to pick it up the guy at the pharmacy claimed We had to pick up birth control and the remaining my prescriptions all at once ive never heard of being forced to get everything you don't know peoples situations so i will be reporting them to the state Walmart , Kroger or anywhere else has never done anything like that that's a slap in the face to people the men who work there don't know much of anything and honestly I think they're racist I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY

Nice place. Not as fancy as the one in downtown Woodlands. The sushi, deli, groceries are all here. Place is clean and employees are nice. My favorite are the premade dinners in the deli area which l you can toss in an oven and enjoy: shrimp and salmon dishes,... yum.

I thought Walmart was bad. These folks are way worse. I feel like I'm bothering them to do their work. Bad attitudes all around. What a disappointment each time I have to pick up my meds. Horrible.

I have never felt so disrespected in the self-checkout, I thought the costumer is always right but not to Lisa. Or is it a new rule to tell people to shut the @#@# up. Unacceptable.

Okay, I currently working for a business to pick up grocery from H-E-B. Says about wait 10 mins for grocery or call this number. Waited 30 min to pick up grocery for my customer. If there is something wrong I feel like you should come out and tell me directly bc waiting there for 30 mins is unacceptable. Employer came out, white, male maybe in his 30s didn't get a name. He was polite and nice, and he apologize for the wait but I would have wanted a explanation on to what is taking so long. Apparently there is only one person working. Heck y'all need help put a hiring sign out there and get people to show up for work. We understand y'all get busy but it doesn't hurt to tell us we are short staff. My 2nd order I called my customer and she said her order should be ready around 8 waited a hour and you tell me there is no order. Why did it take you that long to tell me that? Customer service I got here today was not so good. Manager for curbside wasn't there, so who's running the curbside?

THANK YOU EDWIN AND HEATHER!!! This week, I went to the store. I had all of my items on the belt when the power went out for a bit. There was then a perfect storm of computer malfunctions, scale malfunctions, and a ton of rude customers. Edwin showed genuine concern for my time, and Heather was there to make sure that I knew that they were doing everything that could be done. I mean, it was a momentary power outage! It was totally out of their hands! Our register took longer than the rest to boot up, but the concern from Edwin and Heather along with their ability to make the best of a bad situation made this inconvenience a reason for me to only shop at this location.

HEB has competitive pricing for many items I regularly buy, and I shop here regularly. I recently found their NYX makeup and can get great quality makeup very inexpensively.

I use the Woodlands 1 H‑E‑B on 130 SAWDUST ROAD, SPRING, TX 77380. I like the prices and the store overall is pretty good except for their restrooms which is appalling. I am baffled that the Woodlands allows this store to operate with such ghastly restrooms!!!!
