Today I was using the delivery and I couldn't get to the pharmacy because there's something wrong with my car. I'm on blood thinners and so it was important for me to get my medication today so the guy said that as long as I pay in In advance and pay for the delivery I would have it and delivery was between two and five. I think she And so I waited all day and then I noticed at 5 o'clock nobody delivered Or nobody knocked at the door so I called to the pharmacy Medication to someone and didn't know who they gave my medicine to I'm calling and getting upset because it was not just that one particular man it was a whole Medication, but it was very important for me to take Blood thinners today because I can get some type of Embolis So I'm calling and I'm freaking out because you can't tell me you gave Is not there and no one returned it. So then I called back and the lady Extremely rude to me and telling me watch my tone To watch her tone and she hung up on my face. So I don't even know where my medicine is. I've been dealing with doing business with them for over 10 years I've never Him until the day. So I'm gonna have to go without my blood thinners.

About a year ago, I was convinced by my insurance to switch my prescriptions to Walgreens. I love HEB, but Walgreens is closer and my prescriptions would be cheaper. Worst service ever. Right now, I'm sick and had my stuff sent to HEB. Same friendly faces as a year ago, same great service, got my antibiotics in less than half an hour. I'm switching everything back to HEB. I'd rather pay a little more at HEB for a pharmacy staff who doesn't look at me with contempt for having the audacity to show up for a refill than ever walk back into their competitor again. Thanks HEB pharmacy staff.

5/28/24 - approximately 5:10pm
While picking up my wife's meds at the drive thru, I handed the tech my state issued license to carry ID.
She quickly returned it and asked me if I had any other State issued I.D.
(I ended up relinquishing my D.L so I could pay)
As I tried to explain to her that this license to carry is
1) Issued by the State of Texas
2) Is a State of Texas approved I.D
3) Goes thru an FBI background check to obtain (which means no criminal record)
While trying to explain this, she continued to talk over me, refused to listen to anything I had to say, and walked away.
I was appalled and simply felt like a criminal.
I called the store and spoke to a STORE manager who stated that HEB does, in fact, accept Texas License to Carry I.Ds as a form of identification.
I do not know if she was having a bad day or if this was protocol, but I did not like being treated this way.

HEB is my One & Only store I shop at, when I'm out of town & need to go shopping,I will Google a HEB. You can never go wrong shopping at HEB

This HEB pharmacy needs some help. I’ve had issues with prescriptions being filled and they also can be slow filling them. Going through the drive thru is even worse. They either can’t hear you or understand what you’re saying. Not sure if it’s their intercom or just them. Do better heb pharm.

HEB pharmacy is amazing! Their staff is friendly and efficient. I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time I refill my medications. Please do yourselves a favor and don't go anywhere else.

sooo utterly disgusted & disappointed! bought these eggs around Halloween & the date of expiration was 07/28/2023... i typically don't check egg dates because i've NEVER encountered old one but this by far is disturbing. ill NEVER return
