I called to check on a prescription. I gave the lady my information and she looked up my account and asked which medication I was calling about. I gave her the name of the medication and she replied that I do not Sell with them. I Sell with the pharmacy down the street. I just sat in stunned silence. She finally said that she could see the medication I was asking about and it had been denied by my insurance but I sell with the pharmacy down the street. I said ok and she hung up. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from HEB pharmacy. Extremely disappointed with this level of service. There are far more professional ways to let me know that I accidentally called the wrong location.

I would leave no stars for the pharmacy if I could, Adriana is very rude and seems to not like the career choice that she has chosen. It's not just one time either. I'm leaving this review after the 3rd time dealing w her. She needs a job behind the seens not the face representing HEB.
Zack however is professional.

This pharmacy has always been great and filled my prescriptions quickly. Recently I needed an antibiotic but was working long shifts, and I wasn’t going to make it to the pharmacy until 5 mins after closing time. The Pharmacist, Stephen, was kind enough to wait for me so I could pick up my antibiotics rather than waiting several days until I was off work again to be able to pick it up. I appreciate the staff being so accommodating and kind enough to do this for me. I’m sure this is not something they usually do, and I greatly appreciated it!

Was told yesterday I could pick up my prescription today (the earliest date the doctor indicated was 4/20). Called this morning to verify & was told they would have it ready & said it would be ready after 11:30. Went to pick up. Wouldn’t give me my prescription. Said date on bottle doesn’t matter, it’s when I last picked it up so I can’t get my prescription until Sunday. No one at this pharmacy is on the same page. I even called my insurance pharmacy who verified it ran through the system & was approved.

I feel like I'm at HEB daily, so it's super convenient to be able to get my prescriptions there. However, they've defaulted to a day or 2 out on prescriptions called in by the doc instead of having them same day like they did in the past. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for things like steroids and antibiotics that should typically be started right away. My son had an early a.m. appt with the pedi and they called in a steroid eye drop instructing us to start them that day. Later that day, I went on the app to check on the rx and it was scheduled for pickup the next afternoon. I had to call to see if it was in stock and convince them to let me have it the same day

I had to come on here and give an OUTSTANDING compliment to the baker who created my cake I had ordered. The cake was absolutely STUNNING!!!!!! I had such a busy day and couldn't make it into the store to order it, so I had to order over the phone. I was scared of how it was going to turn out, but hoped for the best. You nailed it with the turquoise, hot pinks, neon orange and lime green. All the extra details you added to it was "icing on the cake" -no pun intended! :) The photo doesn't do it justice at all compared to real life. My mom loved it and said it was the prettiest cake she's ever had! Again, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH to the talented baker!

I was going to attempt to use this pharmacy until the pharmacist who I spoke to was INCREDIBLY RUDE AND NOT PATIENT. I’m trying to understand a medication and she’s obviously annoyed and huffing and puffing on the phone. Avoid this pharmacy if you have questions cause they surely wont be any help . Callie needs training.
