I transferred my prescriptions to HEB from Walgreens. Very good decision. The staff is very friendly, even when busy. I had 2 prescriptions that were supposed to be filled in 2 days. When I called in and asked if I could get them sooner, they said that they would be ready in an hour.

This morning my friend and I were in the drive through getting her prescription. When she got the bag back out she noticed her debit card was missing the lady told her to check her car and she did and it wasn't there. The manager said the girl didn't have her card and it's not in the bag nor the card I guess it disappeared into thin air after the lady payed for my friends medication. Needless to say she called her bank to get a new card. Watch out for these employees.

Received phone call for prescription refill that would be ready on a Monday at 2pm. Went at 5pm for pick up and the staff were incredibly rude and condescending. Stating "You didn't get a phone call" or sarcastically saying "what a mystery". Even when telling them I'd like to opt out of the phone calls and being assured this would happen, I still continuously receive them. When talking with the pharmacist on follow up, she was more amenable than the staff but still presented a tone of lack of concern or care. Empathy and trust should be the backbone and core values of any healthcare team. As a provider, I would never treat a patient the way they handled this and nor will I ever recommend anyone here.

Everyone in the pharmacy is always very helpful and kind. It is greatly appreciated! The lady with red hair has helped me many times. She is always cheerful and happy to help. I love her positive attitude and wish I could be more like her. I say everyone in the pharmacy deserves a raise and an appreciation luncheon! I am so glad I switched to HEB!

I went to their carwash and it damaged our car! I purchased the $14 and apparently the side brush was too close to the body of the car and left a huge dent on car. I recommend all people not to use this car wash unless if your car is kind of old or old car, not recommended for new cars. if I get this carwash zero stars I would absolutely would!

This is more in reference to the pharmacy… rarely have what is prescribed. My doctor fax a med in and they didn’t accept it. Friday now it’s Monday several panic attacks later I call and automatically put on hold without a greeting and hung up on. Hopefully they receive the electronic request. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

This is my local HEB and I wanted to leave a review on my recent experience with the Bakery Department. I planned a very last minute birthday for my daughter and her theme for the party was a "Glow Party" . I can't remember exactly who assisted me with my order but I believe her name was Marily . I explained to her the theme of my party and my ideas for the cake . It was perfect !!! I was so happy with the outcome and as always the taste .

Apparently consistency isn’t key. They decide when to iD and when not too. Based off there memory of you. Yet it’s “policy”! One day I’m getting curbside service by the sweetest woman and the next I’m walking inside and being discriminated against.

Friendly service. However, they sometimes take a long time to process prescriptions. Some medications are not filled in store, but at H‑E‑B’s central pharmacy and shipped to the store. That means no same-day pickup. Sometimes it takes 2 or more days for prescription to be ready for pickup.

Love this store and love this pharmacy; they always have my prescriptions on time and they are very helpful when it comes to any questions I may have; I’m usually there with my small children and they are very patient with them which I appreciate it, they’re very friendly.I took my parents here to get the vaccine too and we all had a great experience.
