I’ve gone to this pharmacy for the past couple of years and haven’t had any issues until the past few months. I’ve given them grace for several mistakes, but this is getting ridiculous. They won’t tell you that a medication is out of stock until you get your prescription sent in by your provider. I even called the pharmacy the day before my provider sent the prescription, and they didn’t tell me the medication was on back order. The pharmacist told me today that they’ve known it was on back order for a while now. If I had been informed a few days ago, I could’ve sent the prescription for the medication I need to function and improve my quality of life to another pharmacy. Still, I must do without it until my provider opens on Monday. It makes me believe that they are more focused on getting money from insurance/the customer and not the quality of life of their customers. No matter the reason, this is negligent behavior, and I’ll look into finding another pharmacy to go to unless this practice changes.

You can talk to an actual person if you have questions. They have always handled anything I’ve needed.

i plan to move my script. they ordered medication for me and had it in stock yesterday FOR ME but my prior authorization was still pending. i called and got everything straightened out but when i went to the pharmacy again today first it was “we don’t have any script” strange, it was there yesterday…. then it was “we don’t have it in stock” how not? literally it had MY name on it and if i had paid the 500 i could’ve had it yesterday. and last it was “we just sent the last one out today”
yes it was 10 minutes before close but im a nurse and finally was able to make time a SECOND time this week to pick my meds up. you probably closed your tills down and finalized your drawer and that’s why your story changed, you are WRONG for doing what you did…….

Quick run to HEB and the cashier was so sweet and fast. Loved her didn't get her name but she was so adorable, tall, black hair and in her teens. Will be coming back My visit was so pleasant!

Very clean and organized! Tons of choices and selections with premade meals. Also liked the sushi. It's not the closest one to my house but I'd definitely go back to this location again.

This is the worst HEB I've ever been to. The parking lot is my own personal hell. Getting in and out of this parking lot is no easy task. I usually do delivery orders to avoid the parking lot, and they are always out of items. Oh well, it's still better than Randall's.

I do wanted this pharmacy to be better. Convenient and labeled H-E-B. I suspect it’s a contract service provider though because the service is nothing like the H-E-B brand. Either the staff is overworked or they simply don’t care (or both). If you have no out of pocket for a prescription, don’t even think about using drive through #2, as the sign saying it’s for “prepaid” only does not include zero pay customers. The ambiguous paper sign taped to the pole says “for prepaid prescriptions) which must be interpreted literally to avoid getting delayed extensively.
Long lines, slow service, pharmacy tech with ‘rude make it really easy to go elsewhere and thankfully there are no shortage of competitors nearby.

Beware the prepackaged meals in the refridgerated case near produce... They sell them regularly between 7 and 8.50 each, I found one i would like, Broccoli and Chicken Rice w/ Cheese for 7.00. Got home went to fix for dinner and underneath the cardboard wrap was a sticker for REDUCED PRICE due to expiring for 5.25. It is not visible on any of them when i went back in to check some more, but they are there on some that expire same day or earlier. Hence, 1) I did not know it was reduced price until I got home and 2) it of course charged me 7.00 on the receipt because the reduced price was applied directly to the protective plastic and the 3 I brought home plus the others up at store i checked the bowls had been rotated so the reduced pricing was not visible until you rotate it or remove cardboard wrap. This is an intentional attempt to follow the "rules" for expiry and reduce the price for quick sell, without letting the customer know it has been reduced to et full price. I will be going to the other Woodlands location from now on (and checking theirs if i get more, this one was not enjoyable) to do my grocery shopping and will be keeping closer eye on my purchasing. Blatant scam attempt and I am surprised at you HEB!

My adult son was out of his blood pressure medication. He arrived after they were closed. They filled his Rx for him. I am a pharmacist and know how you are ready to go home after a long day. I want to shout out to Pharmacist Walter R. and say thank you!!!
