Really great service and detailed work. They matched my “pearl” paint color of my Toyota Sienna perfectly and my car looks almost new! Heath and Isaias were so very nice and helpful delivering my car on time despite the holiday delays of parts. I also love the automated updates that I received almost daily in the progress of my car. I highly recommend this collision company.

What a good experience to end a bad experience!
My DD got rear-ended and while the car was still drivable, the bumper was falling off. So, I had a great fix for that....
We dropped the car off, they peeled off all the tape and got to work. Elian got us all taken care of, kept us informed throughout the process, and finished on time as promised. Her school mascot emblem was even fixed on the new trunk!
Now, the bumper is perfect and the trunk lid is both fully functional and pristine. I highly recommend Classic Collision on Rayford! (It is a little tricky to find - it’s basically under the bridge.)

I dropped my car there after someone rear ended me, and I am beyond impressed with this place. Oscar continuously sent updates and immediate communication about my repairs, everyone I spoke to was extremely professional and very kind, and they did an excellent job on my repairs. It looks better than it did before.

Was referred to this shop by my insurance (State Farm). Likely because they are the cheapest in billing work to the insurance. From the moment I stepped foot into the shop, it was clear this group had better things to be doing. 5-6 personnel were huddled around laughing and joking. When I walked in to ask to get an estimate - something SF asked me to do - the receptionist acted like it was an imposition to get someone to write an estimate. She then started a healthy “debate” as to why SF would never tell me what they told me (essentially implying I was a liar). It ended with “welllllll, let me see if I can find anyone to work with you.” I left. Classic will not get this job nor any job from me in the future. Terrible service from the moment you walk in the door.

I had the pleasure of getting my repairs done at Classic Collision, where the team, including the customer service rep named Elian, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and dealt with the Insurance Company flawlessly. Thank you all for making this time as easy as possible.

If you want the smoothest experience, pick this place. I've used them three times now and was impressed each time. Their process made every step clear and very simple. I dropped off my vehicle after check-in; they had the rental company come picked me up from there; I received text message updates at every stage of my repair; best of all - repairs were done to perfection. They caught a few items that I missed but didn't cost me more. They just wanted to make sure it was done the right way. They're the best and I can't overstate that.

On February 7, 2024, my Kia Soul was vandalized by teenagers attempting theft of the vehicle, resulting in the ignition system not working. After coordinating with my insurance, the car was sent to Classic Collision on Rayford for repairs, including a new ignition system and key. I was informed that the parts needed might take a couple of days to a week to arrive.I collected my car on March 7, 2024, but was told the key fob hadn't been programmed yet, but was expected to be completed by March 11 or 12. However, upon collection, I discovered that my door lock hadn't been replaced, leading to me being locked out and stranded on multiple occasions, including once with groceries. This oversight has resulted in needing a locksmith twice and my car being vulnerable to theft. As of today, March 15, 2024, neither Classic Collision nor Cowboy Kia has resolved this issue or communicated effectively with me about a solution. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, emotional distress, and financial loss due to missed work.I am aware that the fault may lie with either Classic Collision or Cowboy Kia, or both. However, it is clear that the responsibility to rectify these issues is not mine. Despite not knowing who is entirely at fault, it is evident that the responsibility falls on one or both of these entities, and it is unacceptable that I am left to deal with the consequences. My expectations are clear:1. I want Classic Collision and/or Cowboy Kia to promptly resolve the issue.2. I expect compensation for the locksmith expenses (approximately $240).3. I also require an additional working key fob and the necessary change of my door locks. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of action from both businesses has only added to the distress. I will never recommend either of these businesses to anyone.-Ethan
