I had a very disappointing experience at this location. While my brother was using the dressing room, an employee walked in and took the clothes without asking or saying anything. It made him feel extremely uncomfortable. I truly believe that if the roles were reversed, the situation would have been handled much differently. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

The experience I encountered while attempting to collect my order from the store was quite unsatisfactory. I had ordered two pairs of jeans on December 11, 2024, and arrived to pick them up on December 17, 2024. Upon my arrival, I was informed that my order could not be located, and I would need to place a new order, which would not arrive until after Christmas. This was quite frustrating. After approximately 30 minutes, the staff managed to locate my order; however, the time allotted for me to collect it had expired, necessitating a repurchase. To complicate matters further, they attempted to charge me the full price despite my previous use of a discount. When I brought this to their attention, the store's Wi-Fi connection failed, preventing me from completing the payment for an order I was initially meant to collect

I'm not impressed with their customer service. I had a skort that I had just bought. It was not worn, but didn't have the tag. However, I did have the reciept. They said they couldn't return it because it didn't come back with the tags. Are you legitimately kidding me? They could see that it was not worn and I had just recently bought it. Terrible customer service. I called customer service about the situation. They said they were sorry about what happened and they should have returned it regardless of not having the tag. However, after talking to customer service, the only way to return the item is if I pay for shipping myself and attach the receipt to get a refund. Which who knows how the long it will take for the return to happen. I really don't trust that either. Way to treat your customers like crap Hollister. I don't think I will ever buy anything from Hollister again. I'm probably going to have to go to BBB about this to have any real resolve. There's no way I'm paying out of pocket for an item to get shipped to Hollister warehouse just to get a refund for an item I bought and did not like. Hollister please change your policy on tags and returns, especially when the customer just bought that item and has the receipt. I used to work in a mall at a big store and it really is as easy as retagging that item. Had I had a customer such as myself that wanted to return the item with no tags but had the receipt. I would have done it. I know how much little stuff like that can make or brake a customer from coming back to shop or not. Stop thinking like a corporation and start thinking like a mom and pa shop.

Horrible service!! The two girls working stayed in the back corner of the entire time we were in the store. There were a lot of other people in the store too. I had to ask for help and she just pointed and sent me away. also made them aware that there had been no no one at the register for over 15 minutes. They both were not friendly or helpful. I had to go to Buckle for good service. ?

They stole a bag of clothes from another brand and they did not want to check the cameras, they also told me that they did not take responsibility for the thefts??♂️

I would rate it a 0 if I could . The employees don't greet you when you walk in or ask you if you need help, very odd behavior. Y'all need to re-train these employees or hire new ones that know how to do their job properly!!!
