Very poor customer service!!! Head cashier is good for NOTHING!! And others there at cashier area are useless and RUDE !!! They need training in people shills and efficiency!

My recent order experience has been the worst. I purchased a generator on 7/18 with an expected pick up of 7/22-7/24. 7/28 still no generator. We called and kept getting different answers, it's in the store but not unloaded to it not being at the store at all. We get a message that says the order is ready for pick up only to get here and be told they can't get to where it is until after 9pm. A message at 3pm that says the order is ready for pick up that can't really be picked up until after 9pm is insane. This whole experience has been terrible.

Waited over 40 min for curbside after they told me it was ready. Then wrong item was brought out. I tried to walk in and buy earlier in the day but it was locked and behind a pallet - thought curbside was the answer…obviously not. Still waiting it’s been an hour. Tried calling no one answers. Having to walk in to store.

Awful, awful experience. Purchased a gas stovetop and dishwasher first week of June. Delivery date June 13. Dishwasher couldn’t be installed because of a valve. They said we would be added to a plumbers call list fit installation. No call. Made several calls to the store. Finally reached someone on 7/12 where she told me due to the recent storms they were behind and we’d be added to the call list again. No call. Tried reaching out again on 7/15 and 7/18- no answer from the store. Just rings. We have a dishwasher sitting in the dining room for over a MONTH now. When will it get installed???? No idea. Wish we would’ve never used this place. Take your business elsewhere!!!!! Horrible and completely unacceptable experience.

I'm not happy here in texas you will go to the garden dep,and there's noneone there to help you with some heavy materials you have to don't by yourself,sad that this stores are so big and they don't hire more people to work there,not happy I buy alots of supplies there not happy,sad......

Terrible Rental Services. Charged me for a machine that was broken on their end and said it was my fault and charged me over $100 for the fix and said it’s because I didn’t get the safety insurance. They never offered safety insurance too me. What a total Rip Off. worst customer service I’ve seen in years

There’s this white lady that keeps harassing me every time I got to a Home Depot, her name is Melissa she had accused me of stealing a while back and called the cops on me when the cop arrived he searched me and my work truck and didn’t find anything. I think that at this point she just having a problem with me for being Hispanic

Edit: I previously rated this place 1 star from multiple bad experiences. I'm updating my review to 5 stars after a few okay experiences, but primarily thanks to Janhet in the door and window department. She helped me a lot more than she had to, she easily could've done the bare minimum and sent me on my way, but she was genuinely helpful which is not what I expect out of home depot tbh. What a nice surprise! A great employee
