“I almost left this agency a few years ago due to poor customer service but after dealing with Bryan Gonzalez I am glad I stuck with them. A few weeks ago I needed assistance in adding someone to two of my policies. I had anticipated a hassle with getting it done but Bryan handled everything very quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed with this as well as with his professional and courteous manner. Customer service has really gone downhill over the last several years but Bryan is the rare exception to the rule.
