One of, if not the worst, companies to exist. They sell subpar products, offer terrible customer support, and try to nickle and dime everywhere they can. I will never buy another product from them, and you shouldn't either.

I have owned an HP 8025 (Not the e, but I felt the need to let people know my experience) for around three years. I found it to be a perfectly adequate printer while it was working. Tonight, though, I wanted to print a recipe card... No dice. Everything seemed to be in working order. My ink levels were high enough not to warrant a second glance. The HP Smart Windows app showed green lights across the board. What's the next logical step, then..? Call Tech Support! After spending a not unreasonable amount of time wrestling with the automated voice, I was connected with a lovely Eastern Asian gentleman named Manuel. After some light troubleshooting while he pulled up the details of my account (including verifying the printer even worked at all through a simple copy job) I was informed that I would need to pay a fee of $19.99 for the pleasure of receiving their technical support services with my printer being out of warranty. I declined to pay their fee and will never... ever... purchase an HP product again. May this piece of e-waste be lovingly recycled into something actually useful.

Since when do you need to have a subscription to HP to use a printer? Absolutley ridiculous!

Stay away from the HP laptop. I hate it. It has just done an update and now is barely working at all. So slow, difficult to use. The curser moves and keeps bringing up sites that I am not trying to click on. I miss my MAC. I thought this would be fine b/c of the cheaper price. Pay the money for a Mac. They have a dynamite support team and human beings to help. HP support is impossible. Just AI trying to ask stupid questions and mostly you can't use it when your damn computer won't start up after a recent update. White screen only. Wants to know the model # b/f even helping you. Can't get the info with a white screen.Hate this POS.

Horrible company. I purchased a number of computers through my company and so far 3 have had issues. it took a month to fix the first one, the second one still doesn't work and I have to wait on the 3rd because they wont allow me to open more than one ticket at a time. Buy from anyone else and your get better service and a product that works.

What it means to have a #HP laptop? "WITH PERSONAL USE ONLY"1. Battery die after 8 months.2. Some of the keyboard buttons are broken after 12 months.3. Screen die as in the picture after 18 months.4. Annoying sounds from the motherboard after 24 months.@saudihp@hp#Laptop

I bought a laptop back in march to do online school. the first time i use the camera it wont open so i call customer service. for the next 4 days (2 of those on weekend so all day) i spent with at least 5 different techs all doing the same troubleshoot procedures with my camera still not working. mind you i somehow was talked into paying 49.99 so they could service my laptop but when i called customer service they would do the same things without charging me?? rip off....my laptop was still under warranty for another month mind you. after the last tech kept wanting to reset and do whatever else that he had already done i had enough. i asked if i can get a replacement and he said no that they would just keep trying to fix it or i can send it to them and it would be about 2 weeks. i need my laptop for school, to log in everyday since its online classes. im taking this as as a loss and never purchasing hp again, and telling everyone the same.

HP, left me high and dry. I mailed my computer system for repair on December 5th, 2020, after they lost my computer, then mailed it back unrepaired and damaged, and I had to send it back. That part took until January 15, 2021. When HP did the In-Kind repair at their cost, they mailed my computer back with half a plug. It took until March 4, 2021, to get my whole computer back. In no way are the employees held accountable for this as they just answered phones and tried to problem-solve. Yet three months without my computer, as a home business operator, damaged my accounts, and some are now lost, including drives and many personal memories.
