Pamela Rasher is a fantastic tax analyst! This is my second year working with her, and she always makes tax season feel easy. She explains everything clearly, stays calm, and is genuinely friendly. I highly recommend her at this H&R Block location!

I recently had my taxes prepared at this location by Ms. Andrea, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with her service. She was kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. She provided me with valuable information and made the experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely return to her for future tax preparation.
However, my overall experience was significantly impacted by the management, specifically Ms. Pamala. Her approach was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. She was extremely loud while handling sensitive tax matters, including my own, which I found highly inappropriate. Discussing personal financial information in such a public manner is not only disrespectful but also unprofessional. Unfortunately, this lack of discretion and professionalism does not reflect well on the company, leading me to rate my experience 1 star.
I truly appreciate Ms. Andrea’s excellent service, but I hope the company addresses these concerns to create a more professional and respectful environment for its customers.

First time here and the front desk guy (Indian) discussing with another lady very loudly in front of three costumers. I’m so disappointed at my first time here.

This place is too expensive. The advance option is a scam. I’ve been approved for larger sums elsewhere and denied even the smallest option here. The card I “paid for” is useless for 4 weeks.H&r sends me to the card issuer and the card issuer sends me to H&R Block. Broken English, thick accents, you know the drill.

Worst tax experience OF MY LIFE!!! I'm an avid turbo tax-do it myselfer but this time I decided to give some "professionals" a try. Never AGAIN!!! Took well over an hour, although I sent all my documents through ahead of time (waste of time!) + $280! What a joke. The lady that did my taxes was named Tranqilla and boy, she was the most unprofessional, closed minded, rude and degrading person I've encountered all year. Overall TERRIBLE experience, don't go here unless you are just like her And don't value your time and want to be belittled. I can't speak for any of the others at this location but I'm filing a complaint because you don't get to treat people like they are beneath you when you work for a professional establishment.
