I lived here for 2 years. Pros: All the staffs are amazing, kelli is super helpful, maintenance was on time. Cons: If you are going to pay a-lot of money make sure you get into an apartment which has new appliances. All the appliances here were rusty and pretty old, Bathroom became moldy within 6 months of living there, I did see dead roaches on moving in, and few coming out of the sink, kids make alot of noise, even at night after 8. There’s a lot of wasps outside, we couldn’t stand outside on our own patio for even 10 mins. Overall not a great place to live for the amount I paid.

Recently my family and I have moved here, and it has been the best choice, both Ms. Kelly, the manager, and the girl in the office have treated us very kindly, helpful, and professionally charming, the apartments are very spacious and comfortable, the condo is safe, quiet and very cozy, we couldn't be more delighted and happy to be here, thank you, thank you ?

We experience the Dryer stopped working and needed to be replaced. It took longer than expected of 2wks. We had to rewash several loads. I wish I had an eta on how l Iong it would take.

If you’re looking for a great place for you and your family you need to look no more ! I have lived here for four years and my mother resided here as well until she plainest her wings. My mom loved her apartment and her neighbors. I can’t tell you enough good things about IMT Woodland Meadows Apartment complex Let me start out by recognizing Kelly. Kelly is a ray of sunshine, always has a smile and I can assure you that regardless of the situation at hand Kelly is going to give 100 percent of her attention to all matters. Kelly is why I renew my lease year after year. And Ms Janice, she manages the property. Ms Janice is so committed to this property and oversees each detail of what makes this property a great place to come home to day end and day out. On hot summer days the pool is a great place to hang out, have fun and meet some new friends.. After a long day at work the hot tub is a relaxing spot to just unwind. There’s a great playground where kids can laugh , play and just be kids. I often see pet owners enjoying walks with their fur babies along the pond where you’re sure to see ducks that also call this complex home. I can truthfully say I have never had any maintenance issues. I also have a garage and with this Texas weather always being so unpredictable it’s nice to have a secure place to park my car or for extra storage. In a perfect world there would be a perfect life. But we don’t live in a perfect world and from time to time there’s a bump in the road along the way. What I can tell you is that IMT Woodlands Meadows is a soft place to land.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience living at IMT Woodland Meadows. Despite initially being hopeful about my decision to move here, I regret to say that my time at this apartment has been far from satisfactory.
Here are the key issues that have contributed to my dissatisfaction:
Quality of Amenities: The amenities advertised as part of the apartment complex have not lived up to expectations. For example, with amenities such as cleanliness, functionality, or accessibility. These shortcomings have significantly diminished the value of living here and have made it difficult to fully enjoy the amenities promised.
Noise and Disruptions: There have been ongoing issues with noise disturbances and disruptions from neighboring units and common areas. Despite efforts to address these concerns with the management team, the situation has not improved, leading to a lack of peace and quiet within my own living space.
Leasing agent: Learn to talk to tenants with respect regardless of their situations. I have never experienced being talked down too from anyone in customer service, and I won't tolerate it. It's a particular Leasing agent in that office that really need some more training on handling objectives. Threatening to evict an residents is very improper, and disrespectful.
Overall, my experience at IMT Woodlands has been deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns in the hope that they will be addressed promptly and effectively. As a resident, I believe that clear communication, timely maintenance, and a commitment to providing quality amenities are essential for creating a positive living environment, and unfortunately, these standards have not been met.
I urge the management team to take proactive steps to address these issues and improve the overall living experience for residents. It is my sincere hope that my feedback will contribute to positive changes within the apartment community.

Some of the worst parking I have ever, EVER seen. No visitor spots available ever, as they allow people with the parking tag to happily take up those spaces too. Don’t even think about having visitors here because they definitely will tow their cars immediately if there’s none of the 5 visitor spots open.Edit: The parking situation is still atrocious. They’re actually adding MORE reserved spaces, which means extra money per month to get those spots. No more visitor spots have been added, especially on the right side of the complex. There’s been too many times now where visitors have to park halfway across the complex otherwise they’re gonna get towed and have to owe $300-600 due to a lack of visitor parking spaces in the complex.

I have lived here for 3 years now and find it to be a quiet residential community with good, friendly service that office and maintenance staff provide at any time needed.

IMT Woodland Meadows apartments, and all IMT Residential apartments owned and managed by IMT are cosmetically renovated and Kilz painted dilapidated slum apartments that are infected with black mold, and infested with cockroaches. They just spent money on renovating the leasing office to deceive people into thinking the apartments are in good condition. Security gate is never working and car windows are smashed and tires stolen all the time in this high crime neighborhood. And, once you sign the lease to rent one of their garbage apartments, they will threaten to evict you and destroy your credit and rent payment history if you complain about anything. DON'T RENT AN APARTMENT FROM IMT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES!!! They are cutthroat liars and thieves who don't care.

i really love my apartment and so far (we’ve lived here for about 8 months) we’ve been met with nothing but good service from the desk as well as maintenance, which has gotten around to us pretty quickly whenever we’ve needed. my main complaint, like others here, is parking. often times (~40% of the time) as somebody who stays near the back gate and usually gets home from work after 8, i end up having to walk from the leasing office and sometimes farther to get to my unit as all of the spots near me have filled up. reserved spots/garages are available but i feel like it’s not the best designed system to be having your tenants either pay $30-60 monthly for reasonable parking or walk like 1/3 mile to get home in the dark, especially with a non functional gate system. they’re on top of towing and the tow bills range from $300-600!!!!! which is a little nuts imo, especially when trying to have family/friends over. other than that i have virtually no complaints and i enjoy living here.

I really wish I could give them no stars. Been dealing with water leaking all over my apartment for months. They drag their feet to repair the problem. They keep putting a bandaid in it instead of just fixing the problem
