This place is a big WOW for me! Every single person in this office treats you so kind and with care from start to finish. Dr. Tran took her time to exam my daughters and I. I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends. Professionalism and individualized attention sold me on this establishment. We will be coming back.

I came here once again just for the speedy service. Once again it was quick, did my eye exams and after waiting for my dilated eyes, boom! Took about an hour which most of it came from the dilation. The staff was nice and the doctor was informative as always. Best part is that once I got my eye prescription I did it next door at the big chain. I personally like that the doctors and the staff make my eye appointment quickly so I can carry on my day and not have to take off so much from work.

Would give less than one star if it was an option. Had a prescription for glasses with minimal change, so doctor said I didn't need to fill it immediately. When I got new glasses, I could see better with my old ones due to the doctor getting the stigmatism in one eye wrong. Made an appointment for a refraction, which they said would cost $40 due to my prescription being over 6 months old. I arrived for my appointment and was told the doctor decided I needed a whole new eye exam, so they canceled my appointment. The person at the desk claimed she called and left me a message. I had no missed call and no voicemail message. My initial appointment was made a week earlier and the office had plenty of time to alert me of such a decision, especially since they had to reschedule it once due to their office closing for bad weather. I feel they lied to get me in the office and then tried to upcharge. I will NEVER come back to this office again.

They are great!! The staff and doctor were extremely nice. I wanted to try out contacts for the first time and Maria was very patient with me learning to put them in and out. I will definitely continue going to Infinity Eye Care.

They girl behind the counter put a check mark on my paperwork for extra exam that I didn't want so they can charge me more money pay attention to your paper workNot happy I will never use them again I will not recommend anybody to use this location the doc was cool though

Wasted my whole morning here. Had an appointment at 10:15, my wife didnt get called back until 10:50. At 1130 when they finally called me back I was on a work call that was 2 minutes long. They just skipped me and let the person behind my go ahead, even tho i said i would be 1 minutes. The call lasted literally 1 minute after they called me. They didnt call me back again for almost 20 more minutes at which point i told them that i wasn't going back, would pay for my wife's appointment then leave. Buschleague customer service, wasted my whole morning. Not going back, ever.

I have been to this facility 2 times and both times the staff have been very friendly and always helpful! They make you feel welcome, it’s a busy place, they are on top of it!!! Thank you Spring Imaging for the smiles and kindness you show to whoever walks through your door!!
