Made an appt and sat there for 45 mins. She didn't even have the decentcy to acknowledge that she was running late. Why do they take appts when they don't keep them. Poor service.

This experience was so fast and easy and I was able to get my max tax return. Ms.Nicolette was so sweet and answered all of my questions because this was my first time doing this myself but I appreciate her time and patience so much and will definitely be back next year to file!

I will never use you again. EVER and I will be sure no one does either or at least decrease your business as much as possible. 1-23-23 my husband and I went to file our taxes with JH at Walmart. Not only did it cost us over 500 bucks to file but you wanted it all up front unless we used the stupid serve card. I WANT MY MONEY IN MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE WE ARE MARRIED AND SHARE THE ACCOUNT!! Then its an extra 54 bucks just to get the ridiculous card and then you only gave me 1000 of the 5000 you owe me...... I want a refund for the amount I paid to have them filed and a refund being forced to use your stupid card. I honestly only had questions and even asked how much it would cost. The lady assured me it would not be that expensive. Your website is very misleading and I feel for those who are less blessed that file with you out of trust and you scam them for all their money. Honestly I would love to just unfile with you give you the freaking 1000 back and redo them myself for FREE!! or even just 120 bucks for the insurance audit. It has been 10 years since I used this company and thank you for reminding me why I do not use it. It is a scam and worthless. No itemized list was given explaining why it was so much. I should never HAVE to give money up front.... stupid company never again.
