I got a refund this year and I was expecting to pay!! I was so grateful for her and her coworker Sofia! Both were knowledgeable, kind, considerate, flexible and patient with me! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you both!!

Very disappointed. Had an appointment but had to wait. Short form 1040-SR, but charge was $469 and we had all documents well organized. Will not be returning!

I can’t believe I was charged $299 but wait… i was supposed to be charged $411 and offered me a 10% discount and I said that’s BS, so $299 Final price and the guy who helped didn’t ask me for any dependents, and my return was rejected by IRS. Never experienced such a high price and horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Jackson Hewitt here in Spring always does a great job and this year was no different! We've used Dennis in years past and he's always been very personal and professional. This year we used Romeo and he did phenomenal as well. He even helped us to prepare our state tax return for Louisiana! I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!
