The tech had a difficult time putting in the engine air filter and used a lot of force. They said they vacuumed my car but did not. Did not update my window sticker and I asked for it. Then gave me a hand wriitin one with date and incorrect mileage of 80,220. My actual current mileage was 86,456. Very disappointed, have used this location many times but this was not good service. Makes me wonder if other items on receipt were actually done.

Went to jiffy lube for a state inspection the tech pulls my engine air filter out and my cabin air filter out to try to up sell the filters to me. But while the filters are out the tech fires my truck up to do the inspection so all the debris in the filter housing gets sucked up and ran thru my engine and ac system. This could cause serious issues
