Super quick and pleasant experience—even though I got there just a few minutes before closing after work. Amanda was friendly, efficient, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Really appreciated the great service at the end of a long day!

I had my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube on the Louetta. Amanda was very helpful and explained all of the services that they offer and was able to check my vehicle to give me recommendations.
She was very helpful as well as the other technicians I didn’t get their names, but everyone has this location was super nice, professional, courtesy and helpful.

The state inspection laws recently changed in Texas as we eliminated that requirement. Some places were still performing these and using them as revenue enhancers. This place did not they did exactly what they were supposed to point it out things if they felt there was an issue and I got to go on my way!

Phenomenal, professional and trustworthy experience. Went in for a state inspection, called ahead; they had no wait. I also asked for an oil change; during visit; they mentioned my oil drain plug was rounded and they ordered one from O’rielly down the road. Took an additional 20min; but no charge, super accurate with their times. I was also with my 21 month old son; they had a changing table in the restroom and they kept their water stocked. Will return, the shopping center has a couple restaurants and Ace Hardware a gym and a kids clothing store. Everyone was in an out, and other customers also said their service was generally fast here. A++ all the way, every staff member was nice, courteous, and helpful.

They get the job done but don’t expect any kind of customer service. Employees look like they’re just going through the motions and don’t really want to be at work. Overpriced as well. I’ll take the hour wait at the dealership next time??

We go here all the time, but the level of service has surpassed other visits. They vacuumed my car - cleaned the windows
Etc. this time, they typed the sticker so that it's more legible - etc. other visits they haven't bothered to vacuum , they haven't secured the under carriage cover and it has fallen down and scrapes the ground - today I asked twice if they secured the cover and they assured me that they did. Overall great experience! Looks like a new crew and looks like they cleaned up the office.
