Don’t go here,as soon as they pulled my car in the garage they punctured my tire by running over something and once the next employee came they sent him to the lobby telling us we need a tire,not thinking it was foul play going on!They won’t see me again for sure!

I stopped by Jiffy Lube on July 16, 2024 to get an inspection done so I could renew my tags. I would have had this inspection done at the Toyota dealership on July 5th, as I got the car serviced on this day, but I forgot about the inspection needing to be done while I was at the dealership .
On July 16th, 2024 I took my Toyota Camry to Jiffy Lube at Cypresswood/Holdsworth to get it inspected only. While there the inspector removed and took completely out of my vehicle the new engine air filter and cabin filter, and put them on the counter top next to the computer in the service garage area. He also told me that my brake fluid was contaminated and that it needed to be flushed. I told him that my vehicle had just been to the dealership for service, and I was taking it back to the dealership because they must have missed the items he was stating needed to be repaired. He said he could do it cheaper than the dealership. I told him no I was taking it back to the dealership. I also felt disrespected in his way of addressing me and through his entire conversation with me.
