Went in for vehicle inspection, vehicle pass with no problem. Mike was very helpful, completed checklist and showed me that my truck needed brake fluid replacement. I was in and out less than 10 minutes. Will return to have tune-up and brake fluid replacement as well. I'll recommend this Jiffy lube location to my friends and to ask for Mike. Thanks Mike for your help today.

I had a great experience, until the representative forgot to apply the coupon. The manager gave me a little push back. I insisted because I would loose the paperwork he wanted me to save until the next oil change. When he went to credit my card he mumbled about all being for 26 dollars. He didn't noticed that my windows were down and I was able to hear him.

Went in for an inspection, had 4 cars ahead of me, and was still done in less than an hour. It took about 30-35 minutes total. They were very professional.

I just needed a state inspection, which I got. What I did NOT like was the removal of my engine and cabin filter to try and get me to buy new ones (I hate this kind of upselling). Did I ask you to remove my filters? No! Did the employee put them back right? I guess I’ll find out! If this is going to keep happening I will take my business elsewhere.

Went today for a vehicle inspection. Manager comes up and says "I can't pass you because of your tires". I was confused but just assumed maybe he meant tread depth. Tires are street tires no issues. Did research and need 2/32 tread depth to pass inspection. I measured them at 5/32. Didn't even give me a printout explaining the failure.
Went to a different shop...passed without question.
When the manager came up to me, he brought a paper with 3 choices if replacement tires. I'm not sure if he was trying to sell me some tires (does JL even do tires?) or just didn't want to deal with the car. Oh well.
Thanks for nothing. Neither I nor my wife will be returning.
