Don’t trust this manager he tried to sell me a fuel filter change for 300.00 so I called Oreilly auto parts where he said he was going to get it and they told me there most expensive filter for my truck was 69.99 so I called him out on his price and he brought it down to 119.00 had I not checked price I would have way over paid. So be aware when you go to this location.

Beware they try to charge for unnecessary up charges. I went for an oil change and they informed me my breaks were in dire need of being changed. I was shocked as I just had them replaced 1.5 years ago. He informed me it was almost “metal on metal” and “I should get a refund since the breaks are definitely bad.” He quoted me $800 to replace them. I decided to go to Midas to have a second look and was told they were in good condition and were nowhere near needing to be replaced. Jiffy Lube did a quick and good job on my oil change for a reasonable price, but they lost my trust in-terms of anything beyond an oil change. Looking at other reviews, it seems others have been recommended unnecessarily up charges.

The CSA was rude and didn't want to complete the service as necessary due to the fact that my wife didn't want to buy anything. They didn't check tire pressure and didn't add washer fluid. They didn't check transmission fluid. All they tried to do is sell major services and then had the nerves to say that the policies have changed and they no longer have to do everything that the check list say they do. Dissatisfied and will not return until he is fired. I know it sounds Harsh but you were hired to do a job so do it and don't cut corners just because no one wants to buy your high price services. Come on now!
