They didnt have my oil filter and didn’t advise me for over a half hour The service took over an hour. They struggled to reset the “Service Due” light. I will take my service elsewhere next time

i’ve been coming here for over 8 plus years to get my car inspected and the gentleman here have always been welcoming, cordial and very helpful! Adam was so kind today while getting my car inspection. He recommended a few services to be done and i’ll be returning to see him. I’m glad he showed me my ac filter bc it needed to be replaced. I recommend coming here !

Thank goodness the Sticker Place on Kuykendahl was closed. Because as i told the guys at this Jiffy Lube
how much I appreciated their customer service (which is difficult to find anymore) + their Very kind & extremely courteous treatment to me as a customer. Everyone there was just super nice and informative.
I will be returning there for some additional issues that need to be addressed.
Will pass the word on about the Great Service.☆☆☆☆☆+

Excellent service. I changed the brake lights and snow blowers today. The behavior of the staff was professional and extremely friendly. My work was done sooner than I expected.
