Update update: The owner reached out to me and explained he believes I had a serious miscommunication with the staff. He was apologetic and kind asking for my continued loyalty. I have since returned and everyone was so gracious, I also apologized for my part not understanding. Thanks for making it better, that is what you expect to see when you have an issue!
Update: Don’t go if you think you’ll earn loyalty in return. First and only time I had an issue, they disregarded me and made me overpay for services after an agreed price. I spoke to the owners son and he simply didn’t care. Worst customer service after 3 years of loyalty and positive feedback. Don’t treat people like trash! Find somewhere you are valued!
Love this place! All the workers are polite and just fun to be around. I could talk to Lisa and Diana for hours! Helen gives you the leg massages that puts you to sleep. Free drinks and snacks along with the great service.

This was my first time getting my nails colored and it was amazing. At first I didn’t know what to do, just wanted something natural. They were helping me with my nails and were really friendly and patient with me. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and am very happy with it

My husband and I had a great first visit. We both got toenails and fingernails. Everyone is so kind and attentive, customer service fingernails. Everyone is so kind and attentive, customer service is top notch. They color their nails do amazingly and everything is so clean! They really care about your nails and taking care of them. Great experiences.

I visited Jk Nail on Saturday, July 13th to get acrylic nails done, opting for a slightly long, almond shape. My initial experience was fantastic: the work was excellent, the customer service was great, and the salon was very clean and professional.
Unfortunately, I found the length of my nails impractical for typing at work. After trying to adjust, I decided to return to have them shortened and reshaped to round. This is where my problems began.
When I walked in, they asked for my phone number and quickly identified who had worked on my nails. I overheard the staff making remarks like, "Wow, this seems like a huge issue," and then they started whispering in their language, clearly talking negatively about me.
The nail technician who attended to me was visibly upset and missed the drill three times, causing pain and making me feel uncomfortable. Although she apologized, the overall experience left me feeling disrespected and humiliated.
If you ever need to return to JK Nail for any adjustments or changes after your initial visit, be prepared for poor treatment and unprofessional behavior

I couldn’t be more excited about these nails! They did an amazing job and I can’t stop looking at them!! The hand-drawn design is perfect! I now love getting my nails done and have found my new home! I will never go anywhere else again.
