The store was nice, clean, and organized. The staff was pleasant. They reason for the 4 instead of 5 is the hard sell for the store credit card. Don't mind that it was offered, but I had to say no like 4 or 5 times. 1 no should do.

first time returning something to Amazon here & I was pleasantly surprised at how fast & easy it was. & the couple people I dealt with was helpfull & nice , quite the change from Christmas Eve when they closed the doors hours before corporate said they were supposed to, there was three or four of us out there we were on the phone with corporate & the employees of the store were still rude . but tonight was different. it all depends on who's working I guess

We came to buy bedding but decided not to because the line was way too long and the sale was not worth waiting over 10 minutes. They only had 2 lines open and the line was over 20 people. I won’t return to this location

No one around to help. could not get information in cookware. then the item's box was falling apart. then it was $60 dollars more than MACY'S. MORE THAN MACY'S??. Stop by here because it's close to where I was and I needed to do a return for an Amazon purchase that I need to send back Good thing about Kohl's and Amazon. It's free no charge not all returns from Amazon are free if you go to the UPS store so you have to go to Kohl's Only thing I'll know about this place was big and was busy due to the holidays but there really is no sign that I saw there may have been I just missed it but when you enter the store you go all the way to the right then all the way to the left to the right corner of the store that's where the Amazon return drop off station is in case anybody else us Amazon return Plenty of parking plenty of staff and the representative that helped me. Today was very nice friendly, and efficient.
