The employee up in the register area in the morning is unbelievably rude. I'm sick of her her bad attitude every time I go in there. You have the person at the gas pumps always in the store. I hate this place. Avoid it at all cost the produce section is not even that great. They obviously don't care about their customers. Leave us waiting outside for the cashier at the gas pump to come in and then if you have to go in because you're tired of waiting for her then you have to deal with the rude ass lady in the front.

I am tired of machines and gas pumps being poorly thought out and being confusing to operate the first time. When you scan a loyalty card, it says to put a credit card in (not credit or debit card) and after it scans the card and you insert your pin it says to take it out. Next it shows the options of discounts the loyalty member has accrued with arrows to the buttons on either side of the screenBUT Those buttons are not what you are supposed to press. You are supposed to intuit that in order to select a discount option, you press a corresponding number on the number pad that is about two feet to the right of the screen. I couldn't figure this out, as I normally use HEB which has an easier to use loyalty screen and I had to wait about 10 minutes for the poor guy working in the 5' x 8' booth to find a break from the walk up customers in order to come out and help me do something so simple and obvious ONCE it is explained. He was a great, nice guy and explained it is a common issue. Signage is important, especially when you have a poorly designed gas pump menu, maybe invest in some and cut down on situations like this. Or possibly even better, patch a simple line of code that says "select the corresponding me discount number on the number pad", which would be very helpful. Kroger is a multi billion dollar company that has a person asking every person doing self checkout if they want to "help children in need by donating to Krogers charity" when we all know that is a way for Kroger to cut down on its taxes and who knows how much actually goes to charity. Then I go outside to get gas and have trouble just doing that because they can't be bothered to have a streamlined loyalty discount screen on their pumps. First world problems yes, but still frustrating and could be executed much better.

Seriously, all I have to say is Kroger you better be paying your store manager well. I wish I got his name but I had a conversation on the phone with him and then met him in store and he was so professional and just such a genuine nice person. You made my day today ! God bless you. I also love how much options this Kroger has for organic food !

They have all of the food you can imagine. From salads to steaks Kroger is the best place to shop. Someone is always there greeting you their service is great if you need help, there's people there to help you. The atmosphere is great. Thank you Kroger for making such a great grocery store where everyone can shop.

Wow! This Kroger is ginormous, every option possible and large isles making it a nice shopping experience. Huge beer and wine selections. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on items and where the grocery items I was looking for was. Even checking out the staff was so kind. I wish the Kroger by my house was as nice as this one!!!

My husband just got home from shopping here, and the words he used were nasty and flies. Said there were flies all over the produce and deli sections. I've reported it to the corporate.

We left a prescription to be filled. After a hour I called to see if it was ready. After ringing several times a man's voice abruptly said "this is the pharmacist hold" and slammed us on hold. He failed to use manners. I find that offensive. I won't use them again.

I'am very upset right now. As I'm in the self checkout "social distancing" one of the managers I think... came up to me asking if I have a mask. I said no ma'am I do not. My health does not permit me to wear a mask. She then went on to say I could go ahead and finish my purchase but that next time I wouldn't be able to shop without some kind of face covering. She said my medical condition doesn't matter and that I have to have one. I told her that's fine and I won't be back to this location. I will try other Kroger locations since this one doesn't want my business. If other Kroger locations refuse for me to shop without a face covering I will be considering a law suit and will search for more people to join me.

I actually created a Yelp account so I could write a review. I'm super disappointed AGAIN in this store. I recently moved to this area and I only shop Kroger's for highly specific items that Cost Co is out of stock on. I've noticed over 4 visits the past 6 weeks...a pattern of not caring how customers feel. Today...no one cleaning carts outside the store...no staff seemed concerned about the hygiene although there was some empty spray bottles and paper towels near by to do your own. I was overcharged for a couple of items. Its always this way. I know the kroger card adjusts it at the end...but in my case it didn't. The cashier did'nt address my concerns...again...he couldn't be bothered. He just shrugged. Yes, I could have waited in line at customer service but I don't want to linger in public places right now...naturally so once again...I've given a donation to Kroger's. I may just stop trying to shop here. It's just not worth feeling upset about. I can go to another store...it's just close and convenient but if they don't care...I don't like that. Thank you for listening. Yes...I feel better. Be safe out there.

If you want a pharmacy that takes excellent care of your prescriptions, by being fast, friendly and efficient, then this is the only place you need to go! They go out of their way to help customers, simply amazing! Pharmacist, James, his assistants, Taylor and Bernadette are outstanding. The wait is short, but their service is worth and length of waiting. I live over 30 miles from this location, and gladly pass other pharmacies! Thanks for your extra effort, way to go! Update: January 19, 2020. I needed a z-pak for a cold, and noticed I had a refill at Walgreens, I called my Kroger pharmacy people, and they had it transferred and filled in 15 minutes! I love this pharmacy!!

Wow. They want me to do self checkout so they have two cashier lanes open. Ok. So you'd expect all the self checkout machines to be open, right? Nope. Half are closed and there's a line like in WalMart in this store. I'm so glad Aldi just opened. Going there from now on.

Want to give a shout out to Alesha at Kroger's on Rayford Rd. I needed pearl onions for thanksgiving. Alesha took the time to look up the pearl onions in 3 departures & found them in frozen foods. This is what good old fashion costumer service looks like. Thank you so much Alesha. It is so refreshing to be greeted on the phone with a sweet voice & pleasant attitude. Good job Kroger's for hiring associates like Alesha.

Beautiful flowers for affordable pricing! Every once in a while they have great sales on the older flowers. But they still look great and seem to last quite some time.
