My girlfriend lost her wallet and the associate, Kevin, didn't hesitate to check the cameras and help us out. She suffers from short term memory loss from a bad car accident and a lot of people get frustrated with this. He was very patient and helped us out immediately. Thank you Kevin. You made our visit so much easier than we're use to. You made her not feel so embarrassed. We appreciate you more than you know.

Money services department is Highly disrespectful! I called and spoke nicely the guy and he was rude. Then I came in and they seem to have an issue that I wanted to cancel my card.

Don't go to this Kroger. The Manager starts chasing people out and yelling at the customers... "We close in 10 minutes, etc." or about before closing time! Happened to me a few months ago then my son tonight. He literally made my son leave and not even grab some milk!!!!! My son even said it isn't 10 yet. I only need milk...I will be calling their Corporate office. He turned my son away! Such bad customer service! Champions Forest is my fave Kroger. Managers and staff there are awesome! They would never act like that to their customers!

I can’t stand when they put u on hold for over 15 minutes each time you call this Kroger pharmacy. Some of the people I know there are amazing but you got some rude and ignorant people there that just pick up and put you on hold or will just hang up on you! I advice you to find a different location.

Best pharmacy I’ve been to in a long long time. The staff is courteous and professional. Would strongly recommend using them for all of your pharmaceutical requirements.

Worst customer service ever . The staff and leadership are rude and they will not help customers . They are always 4 or even a week late on my prescription. The lady always talks down on me and treats customers poorly. They are not well trained here and I would recommend using another pharmacy

I wish i could give zero stars. The staff is so rude. The manager Erreca is so misbehaved. She doesn’t come out when the customers ask for pharmacist’s help. She is always on her phone whenever we see her. Also the techs are rude when you ask them questions. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

We came to put gas at the Kroger gas station and the man at the cashier told us we can't use quarters. And the quarters were not loose, they were in 10-dollar rolls and the man still didn't want to take it. It's not like they are fake, Why would they not take them?!

SHOPPING WHILE BLACK 8/7/2022 will forever be seared in my mind as microaggression really does exist and RACISM and RACIAL profiling is alive and very ugly. I, a Black woman wearing a hoody sweatshirt [after a workout at a nearby gym, not that it matters] experienced my 1st open, blatant encounter with racism as I shopped for a deli chicken at Krogers store on the corner of louetta and kuykendahl. It's ironic because I frequently shop at this location. Steven, who later identified himself as the store manager, microassaulted me by following me from the front door through the bakery over to the deli. When I realized that his bright yellow shirt moved whenever I moved, I asked "Are you following me?" He looked at the chicken in my hand and said, "Are you going to pay for that?" I was devastated, embarrassed, traumatized and confused since we were standing in the deli area.The store was very crowded and he selected me to harass. I felt insulted and verbally expressed how he marginalized me by following me. After this initial uncomfortable encounter, I followed Steven to his open register which had no waitings and asked him to check me out so I could go feed my family. Steven said, "No I'm not checking you out because you're rude!" I asked several employees for corporate's phone number but no one assisted. I asked employees to help me identify the manager but was told, " I can't give you his name . He has to give you his own name." I asked for the next in the chain of command and the name Jason was given, but "he's not here today." Finally, I called tthe police for assistance as this environment had become very hostile and very volatile as other whitecustomers and staff began yelling at me too.Did Steven want me to just walk out with an unpaid chicken? He escalated this situation far beyond reason and Steven I am well able to pay for many chickens... as my name states thats the car I drive on weekends. Thanks for PTSD, Steven.

Everytime I do a pickup order in the morning before going to work it's always late, they don't answer the phones, and when I have to walk into the store to get my order they tell me to go back out to my car and call. I will NEVER come back to this store ever again I'll just spend more gas going to the other Kroger down the street. This one is horrible.

No one knows anything here. Customer service desk or the cashier weren't trying to help me look up my Kroger account. The worst experience at a Kroger I've ever had! Smh.

Since when do retails places close early than their "early closing hours". getting turned away ten minutes before close. figured I could get a loaf of bread for some PB&J since everywhere is closed on Christmas Eve. everyone that is working ultimately signed up to work.

yesterday I did a quick run to get three items, one of which needed and age verification (wine). I scanned one item, then the wine and stood there for over 5 min while the assistant of the self check out continued her conversation with another employee, then goes off to do something else while I continue to wait. poor customer service, I left my items on the register and walked out. if Kroger is going to have us do our own checkout then make sure that the employees are checking their customers. went to heb wand was in and out in 5 min.
