Krogger is close to wear I live, we shop the Cornelius one every Friday eve. However they are always out of the regular items we buy and change brands that aren't as good as the previous one. We started shopping at the TV highway one and it's a little better but still frustrating. They seem to have stopped thier 4x fule points to save on the high prices of gas. I think we are going g to rethink where we shop and start going to Safeway. Do better Krogger, Bring back Fred Myer values! Frustrated shopper.

I just find it unprofessional that there is someone behind the counter but they have everything closed off for “lunch” even though their hours don’t state that there is such a closing during the day. People other than the pharmacists have lives as well and are in a hurry. It is a major inconvenience to need to be somewhere and hope to stop quickly to pick something up and be told they are closed. At a minimum, operating hours should be updated to accurately reflect a closing for lunch during the day.

This is the nest Kroger I've ever been too. I honestly love it. The workers are all soo nice and I like the variety of things they have. This is my go to store.

I lost my cell phone today at Kroger's. I realized it after I arrived home. I did the find my iPhone and it said it was outside of Kroger's where I left my basket. So I hurry back to Kroger's and the basket was gone. Fortunately, David Adebayo was there to save the day! He was very busy helping others and helping me at the same time. He managed to call my phone about 50 times in an hour and found it. A big thank you to David!

Most of the staff here are so nice! The reason I have it 4/5 is because I usually have to call for a refill instead of automatically renewing it

Horrible horrible pharmacy the one pharmacist is on a power trip.. I saw she was mention in another post.. Two of them are cold and they think they know more than your doctor . my insurance is a great one..it's not your choice tyvm Kroger its a huge let down I'm posting on every site I can..I've went to management they don't care..very very rude ..

Good, clean store. Always beautiful flower arrangements and plants. I even found an icing I couldn't find at three other different stores. This is my go to store when I need a quick gift card or birthday card. It is a little pricy so I wouldn't get my entire list here but some items are okay.

I have went here for two years and never had many problems besides the wait time which I get but now they never have my meds in stock and I have to get them sent to another pharmacy even though I have had the same meds for 2 years!!! There is also a lady that is one of the head pharmacists that works there and I matter how nice you are she is just flat out rude to you!!!! I’m so sorry I have to be on medication and come on the day my meds are supposed to be ready but you can’t even have them in stock for another week. I will be switching my pharmacy and will not be going back to them.

I have happily shopped at Kroger pharmacies for years. I recently tried this pharmacy and thought my experience was unique or just thought they were having an off day. That is until I came across the comments from the past six months. There is not much to add as my experience mirrors those of prior comments. Evidently this is a new trend for this location that will continue until management notices.

Appalled. Mortified. Disgusted. Not a fan at all. I'm running out of words to describe the experience at this store. I've been here before and should've known better based on my previous experiences, but I digress. I needed to make a quick stop for some milk and bread for my kids and this location was on the path I was on... I'm not sure if it's just me, but playing bumper cars with other patrons is an understatement! I swear folks have zero regard these days... especially the staff! After grabbing the few things I came for and heading to self-checkout (which I despise by the way), my experience with the glitchy AI and the complacent and rude cashier takes the cake. If you've been to Kroger - or any store for that matter - then you know their machines don't like you to touch anything in the bagging area until the transaction is 1000% complete. The cashier on duty was not at all interested in assisting, but more interested in assuming I placed my handbag on the scale (cue eye roll) and in checking what I'd already scanned - I kid you not - at least 10 times before begrudgingly moving on and allowing me to finish paying for my merchandise. Mind you there's cameras EVERYWHERE, including above the self-checkout register itself, so her attitude towards me and all but directly accusing me of stealing something was completely distasteful and unnecessary considering she watched me the entire time. Between her behavior and the extremely unprofessional manager on duty (literally disgusting behavior for a manager, or anyone for that matter), this place needs a major staff overhaul. I hope their corporate offices take notice (in addition to actually reading my report) to the common sentiment here and address the staff issues. The behavior is beyond unprofessional and disgusting!! I doubt very seriously I'll be shopping here again...

As a former Pharmacy Tech. I am aware of what goes on in a pharmacy. It is a lot of responsi bility. But when a prescription is filled wrong it is filled wrong. My Dr. researched inhalers and found one that would only be about $30.00. When the Drs. Office contacted them they told the Dr. that the reason the price was $400.00 was because they did not have updated insurance info. BULLSH___. THEY have the wrong medication. I looked in my chart and saw the correct inhaler from the Dr. Won't be going back.Also I read the review from the gentleman who was denied a loan of one of his blood pressure pills. Every pharmasist I have worked with (and in 10 years that was a lot) have loaned up to 3 days on necessary meds for established patients.
