Third time here. Each time they treated me rudely. As if I bother them with my prescription orders. Also I came to get my prescription for pain meds and they said 30 mins (which is outrageous). When I got back they were closed for lunch for another 30 mins. No warning no anything.

I know in TX HEB is the place to make grocery, but I still love Krogers, yes even though it maybe a few cents more ( if you notice some of the prices are the same on brand items). They have the best fruit to me and the deli fried chicken is delicious (its gone up like everything else, but way better than the pricey Popeyes. What can I say, I'm a Kroger shopper

The staff is generally friendly and helpful but when they messed up my order and only gave me 8 of the 9 units I called and they said no problem just pick the last one up at my convenience. When I tried to get it, the pharmacist said there was no notes on the account and treated me as if I was lying. I will be moving my medications to HEB. Complete lack of customer care or service.

I have had nothing but good, quality, kind service from this Kroger pharmacy location. They always fill prescriptions quickly, work with insurance, etc. I tried several other pharmacies (Kroger on Rayford, CVS, HEB, Walgreens) when we moved here and had nothing but frustration. Very relieved when this pharmacy opened and have been going here since shortly after they opened around 4 yrs ago.

If you're thinking you want convenience while placing a click list order, you won't get it. 3 times I have been terribly let down by the Click List Pick up. 1st time my produce was the shittiest selection they could find. It's like the purposely picked out the smallest damaged produce to give you since you'll have no say. 2nd time I selected to pick up a order between 8-9 am. I showed up at 9 AM. A employee came out and told me my order still wasn't filled yet and not even started. I sat in the parking lot for 35 mins until it was ready. 3rd time, I placed a order, Sent my husband to pick up and preheated our oven so when he came back with the food I could pop in our lasagna. My husband returned and he came home with less than half of our groceries. They left all of our frozen food in the freezer and forgot to bring it out. I called asking if they could deliver it for the inconvenience and they refused. They then offered to cancel the items that were forgotten and we would be reimbursed. We had to eat that night so we ended up having to go back to Kroger to pick up the remaining order they forgot. I'm the idiot for continuing to order from their click list. Don't think you'll be doing yourself a favor. They'll find a way to screw you. If you're not opposed to doing your own grocery shopping I will say that the store is clean, and the shelves are always stocked. They do need to open up more registers. I have heard employees express their frustration that they were the only one assigned to work the register. They self checkout staff is very attentive and always helpful. I've never had to wait a very long time to get assistance if I ever needed it.

DO NOT go to the Customer Service Desk.. The lady, Sue, employee, is beyond rude. I waited and waited for her to acknowledge me. First she was on her phone, then she started joking around with another employee that just walked up in front of me, and then she finally waved me up and then her first words to me. "What do you want." I've been in the store before and I have never seen someone so miserable and so ugly toward the customers. Run when you see her. Everyone else is so nice and Pleasant.

Produce not fresh. Constantly out of stock of some items. Employees act like they don't want to be there.

This is for Kroger Pharmacy at this location- not the rest of the store. We switched to this pharmacy location after frustration with the Spring/99 at Riley Fuzzell. We went from bad to WORSE! I think this is the only 1 star I have ever posted. The drive-up line is usually 3-5 cars deep or more and when you go in it is just as bad. Rx's get sent from our doctors and NOTHING HAPPENS unless you call (extremely long process) or go by (even worse). Often they do not start to fill our Rx until we show up or call. Days of no action. I get the text it is ready an hour or so after picking up. WE ARE FINISHED. Switching to HEB.

The pharmacy staff appears to be incompetent. Every prescription there's an issue, staff never follows up with prescription status. I opted in years ago for texts to give status but nothing. This morning my physician sent an electronic script and at 5pm I call to check the status... oh, one is ready and one is pending. So I ask is it in stock? Is there an issue? No issue and in stock. So why is it not filled and why haven't I been notified? Again, this happens every time . Last visit the pharmacist told me to call and complain to the store manager because they are short staffed.

They sold me a half empty prescription. It was supposed to be full and factory sealed. I didn't notice when I bought it. It was in a bag. When I opened the bottle the next morning I was like, what is going on. The seal was opened in a weird way, like with a tool. So I called and asked if I needed to call the DEA or police. When I went in they said they checked their audit and they have no record of the pills missing. Um, ok, that makes it that much worse, cause I know what I got. It's Crohn's medication not narcotics and it's Really Expensive. Somebody obviously doesn't know what they're doing. I'm really not sure who to report this to. They did make it right and filled the rest of the prescription after a day. But the mistake and their poor records shows their incompetence. Check your prescription before you leave the store. This is a great pharmacy or was when Heather was there. She was the pharmacist that opened this location and did a great job. Bent over backwards working with our insurance. Jiggy is great too and he's very helpful but was not there either day this occurred. All staff is really friendly. I'm just really disappointed in this situation that occured...

What's going on with the new security decorations I've been living in this area for 4 years. I've always felt welcomed, safe, and trusted as a consumer. I most say after todays visit I felt like Kroger was trying to set a different presence that's not needed in this area. Guess I'll be at H‑E‑B where I feel safe and trusted. Can someone please explain?

We have been using this pharmacy for 3 years. Over the last two years every time we need a prescription we are told a specific amount of time before the prescriptions are ready. We show up to pick them up and they always need another 20-40 minutes! We even give them at least 30 minutes past when we are told to pickup and still never on time! If you are a family that doesn’t have hours to wait in the parking lot with sick screaming kids this isn’t the pharmacy for you!
