My recent encounter at the Kroger grocery store pharmacy was marred by the despicable behavior of the female pharmacist and her female assistant/tech, who exemplified a level of rudeness and disregard that is truly unparalleled. Despite my patience and clear presence in line, she callously prioritized others, leaving me to languish in neglect.This deplorable conduct isn't new; it's a recurring theme. My senior citizen mother, who relies on this pharmacy due to its proximity to her home and her inability to drive, has been subject to the same mistreatment. It's disheartening that we're compelled to continue using their services despite the consistent disrespect they show towards us and other customers.The fact that this pharmacist has a track record of being awful, particularly towards my mother and other seniors, only exacerbates the situation. It's a sad reality that we're forced to endure such behavior simply because of convenience, but rest assured, our patronage is not given willingly. It's a regrettable necessity in our unfortunate circumstances.In light of this dismal experience, I implore the management to address these issues promptly. The community deserves better than the appalling service provided by this pharmacy, and until substantial improvements are made, I can only express my disappointment and sympathy to those who, like us, are left with no choice but to endure it.

I already had horror stories here from no registers being open & managers saying they can't open them so full baskets have to use self check out. I denied that and had the manager do it since she said it was easy. She struggled, I felt bad but I know for a fact they can open registers, she just didn't want to. Well today, yes Christmas Eve I had the worst check out guy in line 16 ignoring everyone to text, and not just a quick text, several. Even the guy behind me looked at him like "really" then looked at me and we kinda shared a WTF smile. He and the bag girl had their phones in their hand. I assume he was a floor manager or something he had on a red vest. He was rude and somehow upset when I ignored him right back. Y'all really need to do a better job here. While it is rarely packed and close, there are too many people that need jobs to hire people with bad attitudes.

All employees are super rude, from the meat department to groceries. They don't want to help and curse at your face if they are told to do something. Supervisors in the red jacket (Daryl and Jordan) are both useless and are always gossiping while they stand around and don't help. Don't waste your time coming to this Kroger.

Only go to this kroger if you need a couple of items. This is not a grocery store that wants you to buy a cart full of groceries. During the week after ~4pm, you don't see more than 1 actual cashier. I'm guessing they want everyone to use self checkout (one machine is always down). This isn't to keep prices lower than other stores because this is the most expensive store. There produce can also be bad from time to time. Weekends may have a few cashiers but during the week, especially between 5-7, expect very long waits. This review isn't because on one visit, this is how this store always is.

This Kroger never has enough stocked. But most importantly the customer service is awful. Staff ignores you when you ask questions. They allow soliciting outside the store. They literally chase you down in the parking lot and won't take no for an answer. I asked the manager of they were legitimate and she said she didn't even know they were out there so she sent someone to go check it out and he just simply walked to the self check out and turned around and pretended to act like he was looking I don't really like to go to the store and be harassed by solicitors in the parking lot especially since they didn't look legitimate at all!! Not a good Kroger at all

The only advantage is the location. Today's the last straw. I'd drive miles out of my way to find a competitor if I had to. Its been years since I had a good service at Kroger, and never at this location. I won't list all the reasons, but how about just 2 examples...after a hard day, limping obviously away from check out, I pushed my cart to the door closest to my car parked in a handicap spot. An employee rushed in front of me and locked the door at 7:55. I understand it's supposed to be locked at 8:00, & asked if she could just let me through to my car in the first handicap space. "No. I'm just following rules. " Today, since they keep sending me coupons, I spent 40 minutes shopping, of course picking frozen items LAST so they don't thaw. When the training cashier told me goodbye that's when her useless trainer finally noticed she didn't scan my handful of coupons. Then looked at me & said "sorry, we can't do anything about it. " I insisted they call a manager... 10-15 minutes later when the frozen food is all soft, a manager drags my cart to the service desk to void & ring everything up again. NOPE. I got a refund & left empty handed.

this is now my go-to kroger! I have one closer to home, but the selection of products is laughable. this kroger is amazing though, the restrooms are clean, the aisles are organized and sooo many items to choose from! if You ever get the chance, buy their chocolates!! yes a little pricey, but sooo worth it!! they have milk chocolate covered almonds/peanuts/raisins or in choice of dark chocolate or double dipped milk chocolate (my favorite is definitely the double dipped milk chocolate covered almonds yumm!!) overall so much variety of different things

Now I love kroger from the bottom of my heart and I appreciated that yall stayed open late through this whole pandemic. I normally work late and don't have time to go to the store before 10pm or so. Therefore it really hurt me when I pulled up and noticed the sign that says 11pm closing. But most of all I don't appreciate CHARLES hanging up on me when I called to ask when you started closing at 11 SCREW YOU CHARLES YOU AND YOUR little dog snoopy too!

I am usually a die hard Kroger shopper, but Kroger is falling off.1. I ordered Curbside after having my baby and they gave me the wrong formula. Had I not checked I would have had to drive back.2. They also messed up several other things. I wanted Snapple Apple and they gave me Mango Madness?? Not even close to what I asked for.3. About two weeks ago I was shopping here & there was like two lines open at 5pm on a weekday. I politely asked an older woman who was working the self-checkout if she could call for more cashiers. She said “No, it’s because everyone’s getting off.” No customer service!Going back to HEB for a few months.
