I decided after today this will be the last day I ever set foot in this store. I came for one thing only which was Jennie O ground turkey only to discover they were all expired. To me there is no excuse and will continue my shopping else where. Very disappointing and the store manager should be ashamed.

I had high hopes when I started working at Kroger, but my experience was nothing short of disheartening. First and foremost, the training for bagging staff is severely lacking. I was thrown into the role without adequate instruction or support, which made it incredibly difficult for me to learn the ropes. Despite my best efforts, I struggled with bagging efficiently. Unfortunately, due to a learning disability that Kroger was unaware of, I found it nearly impossible to meet the unrealistic expectations set for me. Instead of providing guidance or additional training, management dismissed me for poor bagging skills, completely disregarding the fact that I was set up for failure from the start. It's deeply frustrating to see a company that prides itself on customer service neglect the training of its employees. Proper training could have made a world of difference not just for me, but for other team members who might also need extra support. I felt undervalued and misunderstood, and it's disheartening to know that Kroger missed an opportunity to foster a more inclusive environment. In conclusion, if you're considering working at Kroger, be prepared for a lack of support and understanding, especially if you have any learning challenges. It's a shame that a company with such potential fails to recognize the importance of proper training and employee support. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair chance at employment.

I’ve been a loyal Kroger customer for groceries and have also relied on their pharmacy for my entire family’s medications. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
Around 4:30 PM, I visited the pharmacy drive-thru to pick up medication for my sick daughter and was told it wasn’t ready. I returned around 6 PM and used the call button at the drive-thru. After pressing it once and waiting a couple of minutes with no response, I pressed it again. Suddenly, an extremely rude voice screamed through the speaker that I had already pressed the button. I was shocked by the aggressive tone and went inside to find out who had spoken to me that way—it was a pharmacy tech named Tamsil.
When I asked to speak to the pharmacist, Thuan, instead of acknowledging or apologizing for the rude behavior, he told me I needed to calm down. This lack of professionalism and accountability was incredibly frustrating.
I then went to customer service to speak to a floor manager. I asked Jocelyn at self-checkout to call a manager multiple times. Eventually, I was informed that Bryn, the manager on duty, was “busy with a truck” and couldn’t come to the front. That’s simply unacceptable. A manager’s job is to address customer concerns—not ignore them.
Thankfully, a kind employee named Cortney listened to my concerns and promised to pass them on to the manager. I appreciate her willingness to help, but the overall experience was a complete failure in customer service.
Because of this encounter, I will no longer be using Kroger’s pharmacy for medications or vaccinations. Rude behavior and lack of care in a pharmacy setting can lead to dangerous consequences, and I’m not willing to take that risk.
If Kroger corporate truly values its customers, I welcome them to contact me directly to address this situation

Florals and balloons are amazing Everytime! They young girl working there was called off her break to blow up tons of balloons for my party and she was sweet and positive through the whole thing and made my balloon bundles look amazing.
Including one bundle.

Never order using the app. They either never deliver your order and give you store credits that you can’t use or they say the credits are being applied but charge you instead. The first time I never got my order. They cleared that and refunded me and gave me store credits. I had to order again so decided to give it another chance. My total amount I authorized showed my store credits being applied and my order to be about $12. Yet when I received my order I noticed I was charged almost $50. After reaching out to Kroger customer service chat I was told nothing could be done to fix it because the order was complete and I was supposed to reach out the people Kroger contracted aka instacart and inform the shopper I wanted to use my credits or at least put it in the delivery instructions that I was using credits. This is a major flaw. I was expecting and agreeing to pay one amount and this was not the case and nothing can be done to fix it. Very very deceiving. Very very flawed. Very very inconvenient. I never have issues ordering from anywhere else using their apps. No miscommunication no incorrect items received. Needless to say I warn anyone do not use their app to order delivery!!!

I work nearby and often buy my lunch at this Kroger. Several times I've bought expired food and drinks, some more than six months expired, and ended up without lunch on my lunch break. After every shopping trip, I have to throw some items away well before the expiration date because they go bad. It's hard to find fresh vegetables at Kroger. Prices are outrageous compared to any other store; even Whole Foods is cheaper. Meanwhile, every single shopping cart is just horrible, old, and broken—Dollar Tree has better shopping carts. I often cut my Friday shopping short because it's impossible to operate the shopping cart, and I'm a physically strong person. I have no complaints about the staff; they are mostly nice, friendly, and trying to do their job. I just got back from H-E-B and realized how ridiculously overpriced Kroger is, meanwhile the quality is low. None of the fuel discounts are worth the amount of money we overpay and throw away with expired stuff they sell.

Tired of buying seltzer there, only to have it be flat when I open it. Happened on four out of the last 10 bottles.

Please hire at least normal person to work there not mental problem guy. The guy who works at collecting shopping carts in parking lot is super offended. He sings himself. He speaks to himself and speak weird things to random people. So strange.

Kroger's is my preferred place this is my preferred location. I left my wallet I said I was coming back I asked the person in charge of that register of that register to suspend My transaction.
Instead he throws the bread on on the bottom of the Basket. He proceeded to put all the rest of my groceries on top of the bread.
When I arrive I tell him I'm ready to check out he didn't recognize me. I told him I asked you to suspend my transaction. His face was obvious that he didn't do that. but he insisted on wasting my time by acting like he was looking for that suspension Receipt.
There was another cashier walking away from me I asked her are you open. Maybe she didn't hear me, but the manager did. He asked her to open up for me that I appreciate.
I unload my basket at that point I see my bread smashed.. I tell her I am going to get another bread again she didn't listen to me.
So I got to pay for my bread twice because people can't listen.
I hate H EB because it's too packed. But that's closer to my house.
