I am a 73 y/o retired woman. I’m here heloing my daughter that has lost her finance due to a trajic car accident. I came into Krogers to pick up a western union sent by a family member to help with expenses. Mindy attended me. And I cannot understand the cause of her rude, unprofessional attitude toward me. She was giving me a difficult time about my drivers license from Puerto Rico. She had me write my address twice. Then asked me where was I born. I was born and raised n New York. I tried to give her my Krogers membership card that I use when I shop at your store, and she just ignored me. This whole time she never made eye contact with me. Her coworker came in and she asked her: if Krogers accept drivers license from Puerto Rico. Her customer replied Yes, we do. She turn over back to the screen and rolls her eyes. She then proceeded to complete the western union transactions.
So, she I wasn’t that she couldn’t complete the transaction, she just was giving me a hard time.
It these times with so much going on in this world, we need to keep an impartial personality and treat others with kindness and respect. Specially your elders. I left upset with a headache after what I had to tolerate from Mindy’s unprofessional and unethical behavior.
I hope Kroger will take this review very seriously and team their employees about good customer relations.
You never know what people are going through and a little bit of kindness, patience can help someone have a better day.

The lady answered the phone in Money Service has really bad energy and sounds unhappy with her life/mad at the world when she answers the phone. I’m over here trying to explain the situation with getting a money order w/o nan ID and she rudely interrupts me saying I have to have my ID. I CALL ANOTHER KROGER, they said I could with the amount I wanted it to be for and double confirmed that I could…..

Went sleepy late night shopping last night, and now I regret it because I just realized we bought a ten dollar pizza that's expired. It's one of the fancy brands, vacuum sealed in the deli department. When we opened it for lunch today, an awful rotting garbage smell came off the pizza, and the expiration date was five days ago. It also seems to have been left out of refrigeration at some point. Quality control is lacking at this location. I don't normally shop here and I won't be back. I feel sick just from smelling that rotten pizza and the trash can needed to be taken outside.

Kudos to the Cypresswood & Champion Forest Kroger for their fast recovery after Beryl. Less than 18 hours after the store got power back they'd restocked almost all of the produce and much of the refrigerated items including essentials like milk and eggs. The efforts of your team went a long way toward our area recovering from the loss of so much of our food.

All around a good Kroger. Good customer service, aisles match the store map in the app so easy to find niche items. Check out is always up and running. Carts and baskets in surplus. I also like the parking and spaces for people with children.

This store has gone down hill for sure....only shop there on last minute stuff. Food selection is very limited.

I went in for Starbucks drink. Checked to see if they carried an item that seems to have disappeared from several grocery stores. They don't have it either.

Don't recommend using their order pickup. Why bother offering this service and waste people's time?

Was really glad that they opened at 6:00 a.m. we came by around 6:30 and my wife needed to get a few items. The store was nice and neat. The parking lot was also easy to park though they have a lot of Reserve parking up at the front which makes it hard if you have trouble walking as you have to park a little ways away. I compensated by dropping my wife off and going on and parking
