Second time that I buy Mexican cream and it’s expired. Really frustrating getting home and preparing elaborate recipes just to find out a key ingredient is bad.

Please be careful with Kroger's meat products. This is the second time I've had to return spoiled meat. The customer service representative stated they do not guarantee fresh meat.

Consistently leaving “expired” pricing and sales tags up and then not honoring them. Majority of their items are 5-10% higher than other Kroger stores. Meat is packaged in very large quantities, forcing you to spend more. Cashier lines are never opened during peak shopping times. They continuously allow the pushy annoying electrical companies to come in and solicit their customers. This Kroger should be more catering to their community instead of operating like a convenience store chain. I’ll gladly make the extra 20 minute drive to HEB!!!

The cart wheels lock up if you get close to the edge of their parking area. In our case it was directly behind our van. Had to carry the cart to get it clear.

I am very disappointed at this Kroger pharmacy. I use it because it's close to my house. This is the 3rd time I have come to pick up a prescription and it's not ready. They have had it for over 24 hours. Then the representative wants to get an attitude. I got frustrated this time and told them I was going to be moving to another pharmacy. Now I am having to wait 15 minutes for them to fill it. I should have started taking the meds on yesterday.

I got two tanks of propane before the hurricane. Turns out one of the tanks valves doesn't open and it doesn't work. I went back to try to get an exchange, the manager said he would help, and straight up left in his car... literally. Like, drove away. The Assistant Manager gave me the same runaround "without a receipt I couldn't get an exchange". The customer service rep was apologetic and empathetic, but hands were tied. "The rules". Well, the rules apparently trump common sense. It was a completely full tank of propane. Weigh it. I'll never come back to this Kroger's again. I've lived in the neighborhood next to it for 20 years and I'll be darned if I ever come back. I'll drive to their competitor's grocery store 45 minutes away rather than spend one cent with this Kroger again. Nobody wants the garbage produce that this store constantly has with fruit flies and rotten produce anyways. Do you really think I'm trying to rip off a multi-billion dollar company for $20 of propane?!?! Have some grace with people who still don't have power in our cooking outside so they don't make their house 100° on the inside. You suck. Poor management and decision making further cements the fact that you have a glorious 3.9 rating on Google.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. They take forever to fill prescriptions. I've came back 3x and was told that the medications will be ready and they never were.

Just now, an male employee named Cledus was on break when another unfriendly associate asked him to help me. I explained, the lack of assistance I was receiving with the first associate when he stated, I really don’t care. I asked for his name and said you don’t need my name. The manager was nice and kept saying he’s usually so nice. Well, not today

Went to the pharmacy and grocery shopping. As always, pharmacy staff is amazing and very helpful. Kroger s some great deals on the meats and seafood. Very pleased with what I found. Excellent customer service.

Came to the customer service booth Tyler stated it’s closed early for the day and its only 7:30 when the sign says 8pm he called the manager Dianna who says she doesn’t know how to work the register wow they just hire and don’t train a manager unprofessional and poor customer service Dianna needs to be demoted
