Stop allowing solicitation in your store. I had not one, but two power providers approach me while shopping. I am in your store to buy groceries, not to change electricity providers...

Only ever see a few people actually working, workers like Jergan just sit there in the cart room while everyone else is outside

If I could give a 0 star, I would. After zooming around and filling my cart I realized I had forgotten hamburger buns. After explaining that I had just had total knee replacement if I could get someone to go get hamburger buns for me? I was greeted with severe eye rolling and made to feel like I had asked the employees to send me to the moon. They sent someone to get my burger buns. The self service cashier also had same, I don't want to be here attitude. I then asked for a general manager. She said that's him and proceeded to call him over. I explained my situation and he looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights. Not asking how he could resolve this issue or what it was that I was needing he said next time I suggest you just order online and do a pickup. Seriously? I am capable of walking just not far distances at one time. He just kept saying I'm sorry but offered no solution. At this point, I just felt like it was the principle of the matter. I stated him maybe I should just not get my groceries and go somewhere else. He replied okay. And implied it was no big deal. Wow, my business doesn't mean that much. I then go to the customer service desk after cashing out and paying for my groceries had a second thought. I'm going to take all these back. I proceed to the customer service desk and I explained to her what happened she completely ignores me and goes back to do with her books. Whatever it was she was doing. Wow I'm in customer service and I would never treat a paying customer or someone like a third class citizen for doing nothing more than patronizing my establishment. So I boycotted this Kroger hopefully, the next one, if I ever give them another chance to do a better job. I haven't cashed myself out l, seriously? Shame shame shame

There’s a 100% chance that the price will register higher than the advertised price for at least one of their products when shopping at Kroger. It’s a hassle coming here every time just trying to get the correct price. They also don’t honor partnerships for coupons/payments such as the attached:
It should be illegal to ripoff customers so brazenly.

Jacori, you need to learn what customer service is and the proper time to get on your cell phone. Not one word of greeting. No eye contact. Didn't even bother to say the total, even when asked. Maybe a manager will review the video footage at 2:01 pm on 4/20/2025 and decided if you measure up to Kroger standards. With so many choices why go to a store that has zero customer service?

This Kroger is horrible/dumpy. Many times I have gotten home to cook dinner after purchasing fresh produce, meat, or dairy only to find something rotten, spoiled, or expired. Pay attention to expiration dates and inspect all produce, bakery, and refrigerated items or you risk purchasing spoiled goods. Also, nearly every single shopping cart needs to be replaced. How is it that the Kroger on Riley Fuzzel can replace their carts (and they are a new store) twice since they have opened and this one hasn't replaced any carts since I have lived in this neighborhood (6 years)? The cart corral locations/placement in the parking lot are sporadic at best and some of the corrals are damaged. The fresh fish area of the meat counter always smells like dead fish. Lastly, the venders they allow to solicit in the store (cell phone, HVAC, solar, energy, etc) are obstructive. When a customer says they are not interested and clearly is in a hurry leave them alone! I had to become very assertive the other day as solicitor continued to keep asking me questions after I told him I was not interested. I now only shop here if I absolutely have to. Yes, I have brought these topics up to management. HEB and Aldi's are so much better.

Lacking inventory variety and the first cart corral shouldn't be 3/4 way to the back of the lot.

I had a very bad experience with Kroger bakery. Here is a summary of what happened on the day of my son’s birthday:
I ordered a custom cake few days before the birthday.
In the morning of the due date, I called and stopped by Kroger to pick up the cake, here was the shocking surprise, I got the wrong order just few hours before the celebration, I decided to speak to the manager because the bakery team were not coordinating, and didn’t want to collaborate to fix their mistake. The manager apologized and offered that I will get a free cake due to the hardship of driving there couple of times and not getting the right order. He asked me to give them sometime to make the correct cake. So, right before the party was about to start, I drove there one more time, I asked for the manager who offered his help earlier but he wasn’t there. Another manager stepped in and totally refused to listen to me when I was explaining to him what happened. He even stated that if I take the cake for free as the first manager offered due to the frustration the bakery department put me through, I would be banned. Not only did he ignore the fact that the situation was frustrating to drive back and forth to get the right order, but he also humiliated me. I explained to him it wasn’t about the money, it’s the principle. I paid the full price anyway but what hurt me is the fact that they didn’t treat me respectfully.
I won’t come back there, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. (UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM)

Went into this Kroger to return a deodorant and body wash that I purchased at Kroger Riley Fuzzel. The person at the cust. svc. desk told me I needed to return it to the store I purchased it from (even though it's an item they also carry). When I questioned the reasoning they said it's because of inventory issues. Note, Kroger corporate policy allows returns at any Kroger store regardless if which store it was purchased at. On top of that, I bought a personal watermelon while there. It was cold and hard at the store but by the time I got home, when I went to pick it up it was so soft my fingers pushed thru it. This tells me it was probably frozen in the store which turned it to mush. The store also has an odd and displeasing smell. Between lack of quality produce; cust. svc. Not honoring returns; and the off-putting smell of the store, this is the worst Kroger I've been in. Do better!

The isle for spices was not marked spi es on its isle sign. Seriously, many folks look for spices, so omit it and put up something not considered a necessity? My old legs and back were not happy. Is very clean.
