Kroger on Riley fuzzle falsely advertised a product and did not want to honor it. Management was useless. Never shopping here again. Moving my business to HEB.

I came in here to get a few items. And it was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. As someone that has worked for Kroger Kroger has a company needs to be shut down. This location is absolutely horrible. The staff is not very friendly. The managers are a complete joke and when you ask to find something. The staff member working at the registers who's a supervisor completely ignores you. I asked on three separate occasions where a product is and they said we don't know.. Shop at target or even H-E-B. Because there you'll be actually treated like a human not just numbers on a spreadsheet. Or just how to increase our profit and everything. Don't ever shop here. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Super Kroger! Wow, this is a great grocery store. It’s not to too busy and everything is well stalked. Mrs. Robin, in the morning went above and beyond helping me with finding different groceries items. The store is well stalked and clean and the employees are very friendly. Also, the shopping for clothes is great too!

1 star because, for the life of me, I cannot figure out where to clock in or clock out once I have finished ringing up and bagging my own groceries. I looked too. It should be less than 1 star because no one even bothered to tell me I was on the payroll!! I was going to ask a couple of my co-workers but they looked busy on their phones....didn't want to bother them. It would be nice if management would put the machine to punch in and punch out near the register so I can punch in, scan my own groceries, bag them, the punch out. As it stands now, I am probably going to have to reach out to Texas Work Commission to get all my back pay. I guess I could also quit and just go to HEB to shop.
Last time I was at HEB they had this new technology. It was awesome. There was this guy there who rang up all my groceries. Must of been trained too because he knocked it out. And get this! There was another nice guy who bagged my stuff. I mean, the stuff we come up with in 2025. Amazing!!
In summary, I would recommend that Kroger put the punch in/ punch out clock in a conspicuous place before their failure to pay their customers, sorry, part time employees, gets them in trouble.

I found a wallet in the road. Person was from Alabama so I couldn’t drive it to there house. Had a Kroger card in it so I figured Kroger would call the person for me to let them know the wallet was found. Nope, Kroger was u willing to pick up the phone to call him and let him know. They were “busy doing payroll.” Shocked how unkind and unwilling they were to help a human get their wallet returned to them.

Ben at the self checkout is here a lot of times I come through. He’s always with a smile and greeting. A great guy to have at the entry as he is always friendly!

I like to shop there because of the many gift cards they have there. The fruits that they have are outsanding.

Do not go to this location after 8pm unless you want to ring up and bag up yourself while all the employees stand around on their phones. I had to stop ringing up items and bag myself for the system to allow me to ring up more while the workers just stand around and watch and when i asked for help because i had so many items the worker told me i can use the handheld to scan and walked away. Why are they even getting paid.
