Went by to print a document and they wanted $5 for a “download fee” to print a 1-page doc. Went down the street to Post Net and they charged me $0.25.

When i came into the store the lady at the front desk was already very uninviting, as she let out an obvious 'sigh' when we walked in. When we finally got to the front of the line after 20 minutes, they were really reluctant to help me and downright rude to me. Even though it was 4:50 and the store was supposed to close at 5, no customer deserves to be treated as unenthusiastically and rudely as they were. Then, when we requested to have something printed, and they told us that they had shut down the special printer we needed for the day, EVEN THOUGH THE STORE WASN'T CLOSED YET. I am still wondering how this even makes sense. Despite this, we settled for the regular printer they still had on, and the regular printer printed our powerpoint slides with random streaks running down the picture. I would not recommend anyone come here, but rather go to Office Depot which is 2 miles down the road. They were much more efficient and friendly and didn't turn off their printer while they were still open.

The service here is excellent! The staff is always very helpful and the final product is always professional. I had some work done at a different copy shop and it looked like a child had put it together. I’ll return to this Kwik Kopy again and again for my printing needs. I always get outstanding service!

Well above expected level of customer service given that many businesses today do not possess the skills in this area that were the norm in the past. The folks at Kwik Kopy are outstanding and present a high quality product. I use their services for two non-profit organizations and will continue to seek their expertise.

This company charges a $5 extraction fee to send a file to the printer. This is pretty ludicrous. They also don't have a way to cut prints without paying for the service. Lastly, the gal at the front desk was either having a rough day or is a bit rude. Prints turned out ok though.
